Ordered food on the app

Ordered food on the app when it arrived the chips where cold and the burgers where missing I rung macdonalds customer services to be told I could have a £2.85 refund when the whole order was around £27 when I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor I was told they where busy on a call so I said I would wait they told me I couldn't wait and put the phone down on me 😡

I used the app in store I ordered a meal plus used a reward 4500 points went to checkout oops something wrong so I fid not think I was charged. So i do the same go to checkout out low and behold the same thing happens so you think I would not be charged so I try again two more times third time same thing oops something went wrong however after the fourth time I get bada boom your order is on its way . So I wait at my table get the order and started eating not one minute later I get another order and a third order . So I was charged $7.36 four times and list 13000 rewards. I emailed McDonald’s after a couple back and forth they pass the buck to the store so I go and explain what happened and I walk out with nothing. The app charged me and took my rewards . I will not be visiting this company and would get rid of the all . Customer service no help pass the buck and give you 72 hours its a jokeSept

Terrible service no food delivered and no refund

I have put one star as it’s the lowest I can go.
We have just ordered McDonald’s breakfasts for my grandchildren as a treat. The Uber delivery driver claimed he could not find us so marked it down as delivered . We have spoken to someone who informed us we won’t get a refund or our food as the delivery driver phoned which he did was really rude and said he was now right mikes away and could not bring our food so I’ve lost my mo ey we didn’t get our food so all in all a big scam and a rip off I’m really angry 😡

Will NEVER order AGAIN

I was given the option of choosing branch. Chose BLACK CAT branch....I NEVER order from Hedge End as they ALWAYS leave out ingredients that are DETAILED ingredients.....The delivery company/ McD have elected to IGNORE my choice and are delivering from HEDGE END regardless of my selection. I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN. This is MY money !!

Been trying to get in touch with McDonald's through the app water waste of time placed an order on the app got to the counter said the payment hasn't gone through after pay for the order myself and then next day payments taken out of my account as well can't speak to anyone about it absolutely disgusting daylight Robbery McDonald's you should be ashamed of yourself

Completely bad…

We went through the drive through the menu board said filet of fish $4 fan day special . We were told we HAD to get the app we downloaded the app confirmed the email and made the second attempt. To be told no you can only have one. What a waste of time we felt abused and after being customers since they opened in Canada WE WILL NEVER RETURN. So basaad

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. The food arrived in a completely unacceptable state—half-eaten, drinks only half-full, and everything was cold and delivered late. To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service, I was told there was nothing they could do about it. This experience was nothing short of a joke, and I wouldn't even give it one star.

Feel like I’ve been robbed today McDonald’s app …

I ordered My food through McDonald’s app today and it said they had delivered my food and they definitely didn’t. I didn’t even leave the house.
I tried to speak to someone through the app, but it kept freezing on me then I managed to get a telephone number
And all they could say, was the driver through the food away and I should get a refund in 15 days this is absolutely disgusting. Please do not order through this app. I also spoke to McDonald’s customer service. They won’t very useful at all either. Feel like I’ve been robbed today🤦‍♀️

Zero stars!

Zero stars!! If you want missing food and food that doesn't even arrive, then order through this app. Mcdonalds passes the buck to uber and uber flat out refuses to issue refunds etc. The whole service is ran by complete clowns! Surely this is illegal, it's theft and your not receiving the service or items your paying for! Would love for these clowns to be taken to court!

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY THROUGH THE APP!!!! Didnt received my order, said they would refund me, 3 weeks later and still no refund!!! Keep passing me back and forth between McDonald’s customer services and Uber eats. Absolute thieves!!! No one takes responsibility or accountability. I asked for management to escalate to a complaint and have been ignored!
