Will change address automatically…

Will change address automatically change try to call the driver to cancel order he don’t even understand English (no offence) then he ignored me and delivered it anyway no help from customer services or no uber number I want to somehow make them pay put they are so bad at communicating

The app is appalling I put building…

The app is appalling I put building details in but it promptly deleted it, it said my phone number was wrong when I tried to contact the driver.
The uber driver took a picture of some of my delivery in tact by the time it got to me it was a wet mess and part of the order missing he had obviously dropped it! I can’t complain or get a refund as I didn’t receive the receipt from McDonald’s. Overall your better off using the likes of uber etc. direct as at least you can get a refund snd an app the woks properly. Very dissatisfying

Terrible once again can’t see when I…

Terrible once again can’t see when I arrived then when it did eventually after 10 mins said I hadn’t paid even though it gave me a collection code
This is yet another issue with the app
It’s even reserved a payment on my account and I had to pay again but it can take upto 3 days to release the first payment back into my account
FFS McDonalds get it sorted it’s been going on for over a year

Food was cold

Food was cold, milkshakes were runny. Told to complain through Uber who refunded the milkshakes after requesting pictures but refused to do anything about the freezing cold food. Won’t use again

Awful app!

Awful app, it somehow changed my location to an Autozone near my house. Mind you, I've only ever had one address I ever deliver food to on this app. The inclusion of that stupid map marker is the worst thing about the entire app and it shouldn't be my job to double-check where a useless map marker is placed. Just keep my default address! Why the hell would I have food delivered to an Autozone!?

No real customer service

I was asked by the app to sign in again. When I did I’d lost lots of reward points. Their customer service is just a robot sending out the same message about rewards for whatever question you ask. There’s no way of getting to speak to a human

All kinds of issues with the app

All kinds of issues with the app. Often problematic to open, issues with ordering, on/off breakdowns. Slow, poor returns compared to the old vouchers. 10 coffees to get one free. A real struggle process to redeem your points..
Is it worth it for them to have such access and scrutiny of your affairs? Probably not.. at best for a variable and mediocre product..

The "App" equivalent of dialup internet

Absolutely unbelievably glitchy, never registers what restaurant your at even though the phone knows what location it's in, always says there's a technical issue with some part of the order, be it trying to pay or you get "this restaurant is not participating with this deal" when clearly it is,

Good luck trying to redeem your rewards points as this is where all hell breaks loose, the transaction never actually works, I've not been able to redeem them on the app for months!

In a nutshell it's the app equivalent of dialup internet, if you want to loose the equivalent amount of calories in stress as your about to try and order, I couldn't recommend it more!

Go to McDonald's to get a Coke for Buddy and then I think oh maybe I should go and see what kind of deals they might have well first I have to login even though I'm already on my phone so I guess I don't understand that I have an app and it should know that I'm on my phone and should log me in then I have to do emails and then email code and then this that and the other and then can't get a menu and then who cares 15 times trying to log in and just keeps looping back to the code of your email you have to go to your email why I'm already on my phone I should be validated so I said forget it and I went somewhere else guess I'm not the only one with the one star rating huh kind of like when McDonald's got rid of Frontline it's cuz they really don't care about customers
