Insane shipping costs

My review is not based on something I bought, but something that I tried to buy until I realised the shipping costs of 85 DDK for about 1000 pieces of silk paper. I thought it was a mistake and contacted the company. The communication with the sales person said that that was their price. I suggested that they should find some better shipping deals. They wrote that the regularly looked at that. Perhaps they should find someone who can make deals for the company :-D

When looking at shipping cost for the same product at other pages, the shipping for the same type/amount of product up is like this:

Grafical: 69 DKK
Jakodan: 49 DKK
Ensig: 47 DKK

The end of the story is that I did my purchase elsewhere.

Easy to order

Easy to order, fast deliverance. The mail with tracking link, that should be sent when shipping, never came. So "deliverance by Surprise". But OK with me

Multiple disappointments and errors

Multiple disappointments and errors. First I ordered a strapping-tool which they failed to have when I came to fetch it. Since I had an urgent need for a strapping tool, I bought another much more expensive (5x) one, which turned out to have a defective charger. When I came to replace the charger I had to borrow a charged battery in order to get my work done but it turned out to be defective as well (only juice for 5 weld after charging it). Nice people, but insufficient attention to product quality and consumer satisfaction.

Jeg er meget ked af din oplevelse i forbindelse med dit købt, og beklager naturligvis mange gange.
Vi har aldrig oplevet denne fejl før, at laderen ikke virker og at det lånte batteri ikke kunne mere end 5 stk er meget uheldigt.

Jeg håber, at alt virker nu efter du fik en ny lader.

Easy and fast to purchase

Easy and fast to purchase - shipping is however very expensive.
A Trustpilot review is also requested too early in the shopping process since the order has just been passed and the delivery process hasn't started yet.
