If a could give zero stars I would. I placed an order on November 17th 2020, a jersey and a sweatshirt, for my boyfriend who is a HUGE Mancity fan. My package was "stuck" for 2 months and during this time customer service was miserable and unresponsive. They took over a week to respond to emails each time and when they did there was no progress with the issue that was addressed. I received a delivery notification that my package was finally delivered...in Florida...I live in North Carolina. I have been trying to contact Mancity Shop for weeks for a refund on my order that was delivered to the wrong address, but they don't seem to care about their customers AT ALL. This issue is still unresolved and I don't see a refund happening any time soon. Do yourself a favor and don't ever order from this shop. You'd think a billion dollar company would be able to hire good help, but clearly not.

Really poor customer service. They charge you to return goods and then make you wait an unacceptable amount of time for your refund. Avoid

Order never came - They are ignoring my emails
Ordered 27th November for my dads Xmas present, I’m still waiting now 8th of Jan.
I paid 8 pounds for shipping 1 shirt within Europe and I just assumed naturally it would be tracked post, not DHL or anything, I mean Royal Mail tracked... i mean it’s ONE shirt in large, not a giant box.
Anyway just because Xmas I asked if they had a tracking number to take to my post office and was told there isn’t one. I had to wait until x date then come back.
I’ve been told at least THREE times now to wait an extra 7-10 days, asked THREE times to confirm my address, and now they just aren’t replying to my emails.
I have reached the date now that they asked me to wait until and I guess they can’t ask me again to wait 10 more days, so why bother for a forth time... they just don’t answer me.
Awful returns
Returned items on 27/11/20 paying £4.70 for postage, it was received by the store on 9/12/20. I am still waiting for a refund and every time I try to get in touch there is an excuse. Awful service

Dreadful company
Dreadful company. Sent me a Christmas jumper with Villa written all over it. Now won’t issue a refund unless I take it to the post office, arrange recorded delivery back at my own expense which I can’t do because we’re in lockdown. I’ve sent the photos that the item is faulty ie not a Man City jumper at all. So upset by the whole thing. Nothing to give my son and no refund either. Don’t order from these cowboys.

Shop have been pushing clearance items since November. Ordered three items for Christmas presents. Nearly four weeks on no sign. Customer service contacted twice but no help. Been a City fan for 50 years but will never buy anything from the shop ever again.

Wish I could put a 0 rating. Very unhappy revived my order for it to be damaged? And had a stain on it, was offered to return it I would have to pay for return fees and then to be told that it takes another 2 weeks after this to receive it back or new item? Just a joke really when it was an Xmas gift emailed the shop they told me they would give me 15% refund ??? Is that a joke? Such an insult to something that isn’t my fault? And then also was offered free postage on my order ended up paying for postage aswell waiting for them to get bakc to me this has been ongoing about 2 weeks Bad customer service I will never ever order from here again would just still to JD or sports direct in future. If I could leave a minus rating I would. I've ordered Xmas presents for my husband a life time supporter of this club. He has been shielding since March due to a heart condition. I ordered my goods on the 27/11/20 with an expected delivery dates of 2/12 and 9/12. Just been through to the Call Centre and all goods are out of stock with the exception of a Mug. I asked why they were taking orders on goods they know they can't deliver on before Xmas and got cut off since that is a question they couldn't answer. This is appalling. City are a very rich club and will be making thousands on our money while we wait for our goods. If there is a city Santa, would you deliver on time. At the moment I am feeling like a Mug for thinking there service would match other smaller and larger retailers.

As a lifelong Manchester City supporter , as David Silva was leaving , I decided to write him a letter saying goodbye and how good he was !
I sent the letter 3 days before his exit at Man City and they didn't give him the letter and every time I try and write to the actual Man City email , they just send me the same automated email !

Poor returns Policy
I ordered a top - Large. I always buy large. However the top was very tight fitting - so tried to exchange for XL.
Firstly I paid £4.95 pp for the original order.
The returns policy only covers faulty items - though I'd suggest wrong sizes are faulty as giving poor info.
Anyway, charged another £4.08 to return.
If I still want the XL - it would cost another £4.95pp.
Forget that!
So over £9 put of pocket.
Not seen any other company with such a strict returns. You would think a company rolling in money like MCFC could treat their fans/customers better.

Bought a brand new shirt for my wife
Bought a brand new shirt for my wife, on opening package was shocked to see shirt just screwed up in a bag, which obviously had been opened by someone else. Obviously unhappy about this, so rung and emailed customer services, eventually spoke to a guy called Chris who basically called me a liar and fobbed me off. First time in years a good designed shirt been done, but wish id not bothered buying and will definitely not be using online shop again.
