Its ‘MCM Electronics’ uk website that are scammers. They have scammed me.

This American website may be nothing to do with it.

Scam do not buy money taken product never arrived no refunds or answers to emails or phone numbers phone no is a mobile and says incorrect number got sent tracking number waited three weeks nothing arrived never moved passed on route..never got refund!!!

this is a scam, took the money but no goods arrived, can't get hold of them phone numbers not valid DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE

DO NOT BUY - IT’S A SCAM!!! We thought we were getting a good deal, but the products never came. The phone numbers attached are not landline and when you ring them “incorrect number dialled” is what you get. They send a tracking number for a delivery company I have never heard of and it never moves past “on way”. Do not recommend this website.

I order a piano and after one week, still no delivery. Their courier website status is always at "on the way".

No delivery after two weeks. No apologies and told it won't come until next week with no explanation. Then I was offered a refund in the same chat when asking for an explanation, so due to bad service I decided to take the refund but it means I was out of time to buy a present.

I ordered a cable modem. Order promptly processed and shipped USPS 3-day priority with shipping notification, tracking information, and delivery notification. Product was as described, "new in box." Box may have been previously opened?? But modem activated on Comcast without issues, and the price at was about $15-20 cheaper than any other vendor. So, unless the modem is later problematic, I am currently very pleased.

I ordered Raspberry Pi because I have found that it's very useful for many things. I like coding as well so it's a nice object for me. It arrived on time and I did so many projects with it already. This shop is amazing!

Shipment, merchandise, and delivery was done on time and as advertised.

Part of my last order were belts. I ordered 30, they shipped and charged me according to the packing list for 10 but the actual number was 9. Didn't want to call about 1 missing belt worth $0.14 on clearance but anyway the error benefited MCM not the customer.

MCM has always been my "go to" vendor for unique electronics, gadgets, and both pro and consumer audio solutions. It light of their recent association with Newark, I really hope they continue to serve the niche that I survive in..... I am keeping my fingers crossed... And of course..... price structure will be a defining element to this re-evaluation as well..... Hang in there MCM....! You would be terribly hard to replace !!!!!

I ordered a couple of things from the clearance sale, & got the UPS email that my package was delivered. When I got home, it wasn`t anywhere to be found... I called MCM customer service & they sent another order to replace the missing stuff, no charge! THAT is Great customer service!

Great clearance prices, free shipping if you order enough, fast shipping, never had a misshipment yet. Great experiences for 9+ years.

An item I ordered arrived with no problem. While I will be able to use the item, the catalog description did not give me all the specs on it. The performance 0f the item, which was a bit disappointing, did not measure up to what I expected. This is not my normal experience with this company, and I will continue doing business with them.

My last order at MCM didn’t go well at all. I received an email about a clearance item. I ordered it. I received an acknowledgment of the order, but nothing else. A few days later, I checked back, it showed the order as complete and “0” items shipped. I assume that the item sold out, as the charge was not placed on my credit card. I would have expected an email stating the item was sold out, but alas, nothing was sent. If I didn’t check back, I’d still be waiting for the item today. This is the only time I had a problem, and the only time I ordered something that was sold out. They need better communication on sold out items. Now with the merger with Newark, I don’t know what to expect.

The product I received was great. I got what I wanted at a good price and got quick shipping. My only issue was that I had been given a promo code for free shipping and it didn't work. The web site and ordering can sometimes be a little frustrating. Shipping has always been a little high for small orders. Because my promo code didn't work this last order cost me $8 more than it should have. I have been dealing with MCM for about 13 years now and am usually very happy.
