I spoke with Megan today and whilst I was unfortunately cancelling my order, she was bright and helpful and really made my day.

Great early doorstep delivery. The orange juice is lovely and refreshing.

Where do I even start with this company. The worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My 1st delivery arrived at 11.30pm on a warm summer night so by the morning it was not even fit for purpose. Add to this the fact that the person who delivered it put the milk under the front of my car. Obviously someone doesn't know what a doorstep is. I stopped the deliveries via the portal but the portal stated I couldn't cancel the delivery for today (monday 10th). Woke up and nothing had been delivered (yet the funds had been taken for this delivery, but hey thats no surprising because money seems to be all they are bothered about judging by other reviews). I contacted them via their live chat, what a waste of 1 hour of my life. The advisor didnt know what he was talking about, asking me how much I had paid (surely you have that information) along with changing what the problem was as he clearly did not know what he was talking about. After said hour of time wasting he then asked did I want the items adding back, this is despite me making clear I had cancelled online due to their poor service. He then decides I need to call them to cancel. Well that's odd as he has just stated the deliveries have been cancelled but apparently I have to call and cancel. Yes I know im confused as well. Apparently they cannot give me a refund via live chat. At this point I think he was just making it up as he went along. My warning to others if you love warm milk thats been outside since 11.30pm under the front of your car, then this company is the one for you. Otherwise AVOID AVOID AVOID.

OMG, I absolutely love McQueens Dairies! The milk is great, and the customer portal is easy to access. I especially love the chocolate milkshake; it is a must try! I was also very pleased to discover that you can purchase a milk locker and a bottle holder (I have been looking into these). Unfortunately, they were out of stock, but I do hope they will be back in stock soon!

Why are you still contacting me?
Mcqueens failed to deliver our paid in advance for milk and eggs.
We had to wait for our money to be refunded.
There was no service to award anything to.

Not happy the milk gets delivered at midnight and stays on the doorstep for 9 hours in the heat

They came around to my house trying to sell their product. I told them I was no interested as it is only my wife who drinks wilk and we only go through about 500ml of milk a week which makes it not viable for either party. They convinced me to do a trial and if I was happy they would set up a regular 2 weekly supply of 1 pint of milk. They contacted me 2 weeks later to say that they would start delivering on the following Monday every week. I told them that I would not be at home as I was going on leave and it was agreed to suspend the delivery. Surprise Surprise they delivered the milk on the following Monday and thankfully my neighbour noticed it and took it in. Mcqueens then phoned me to find out how the delivery wen, so I informed them that I had been online to look at my account to see that this was set up as a weekly delivery and not 1) a trial as originally promissed and 2) only to be every 2 weeks and 3 I was told the trial would be £1 but I was now charged £1.17 and due to this they could cancel they account. I was contacted 3 more times to enquire if I was happy with the delivery. This 1) shows that their systems are so bad that after cancelling my account it was not done first time nor that my complaint was registered. Also they tried to convince me on each call, after telling them to cancel my account, to buy other products of theirs and then went ahead and charged me £1.17 for delivering milk when I clearly told them that I was on leave (unfortunately for them there were 2 other people around when I told them I would be on leave). I will never ever use their services nor buy their products.

The milk is great, but the website is absolutely terrible. I’m fed up with having to call every time there’s a change or I need to do something, simply because the website is so difficult to use. The product itself is great, but the online experience really lets the company down. Please invest in making the website more user-friendly!

If I could give no stars I would ..we never signed up for a delivery . A young man came round saying they were trialing in this area and they would leave a pint and a leaflet to call if we wanted to sign up. We didn’t… 6 months later with no communication or bill ever received we find that they signed us up without our knowledge and yesterday received a threatening email … for 1 bottle of milk @ £2.89… (that we thought was a trial sample) we have now paid but beware you get signed up without your agreement or knowledge ….they couldn’t even get our names or details right on the threatening email …
Looking at other reviews we are not alone ,,,,

Great customer service, I’d made an error on my order and the lady I spoke to on the phone was efficient and friendly and sorted out my order with no problems

Pros:
Speedy customer service
Tasty oat milk
Cons:
The milkmen trampled over our newly transplanted plants in our front garden. For some reason, they did not use the designated stairs to the front door. We caught them doing this on CCTV multiple times and complained. McQueens said it would take it seriously. However, the milkmen continued to do so (in fact, this could be also construed as trespassing). As such, the milkmen have now damaged our garden.
Secondly, the milkmen delivered the wrong milk numerous times. Unacceptable.

keep getting my order wrong first week i didn’t get my milk and juice and this week 04/08/26 got a 1 pint instead 2pint of milk

If I could give zero stars I would. First couple of weeks were okay. Then I was continuously harassed to set up a direct debit, which I declined. They phoned me but wanted me to confirm my details which I again declined. Decided to cancel. You can't do it on line. So I made a payment then phoned to cancel, which they really tried to resist. A few weeks later I got an invoice including two pints for the week I was on holiday and had asked to not be delivered (they we not delivered) and two pints after I cancelled which were also not delivered. Then two more payments for "Dairy Surcharge" but no explanation for what this is, and claiming a payment made by me on 1st July was £4.20 when I actually paid £9.36. I want to email them so there is an evidence trail, but you can only phone them! Avoid this company!
