Thieves

Ordered a watchband from them online. A month later I got an email from their customer service telling me that the band was discontinued by apple, and an offer to get a different color or to step back from my purchase and get it refunded. I chose to get a refund, and asked if the money will be transferred to my original payment method. They confirmed that yes, it will be transferred to my original payment method, and that they have already initiated the transfer, it will arrive in 1-3 days.

I got nothing though. I was patient, so after waiting for 11 days I sent them another email asking them to check the transfer and telling them that i have gotten nothing so far - I got no reply. After giving them another 1.5 weeks to maybe get a reply to my email, I had to initiate a chargeback through my bank to get my money back, otherwise they would've stolen it. No product received, no refund, no answer to my emails.

Complete scammer behavior, never buying anything from them again.

My advice: buy from apple directly, don’t give these scammers any of your money!

Lack of customer service. Rude manager

Worst experience ever . Lack of service , rude manager and staff. No experience in customer service, and take advantage of tourist . I highly recommend don’t go and buy in this place .
The manager approached me in a rude and arrogant way , I was really scare and decided to leave and keep the wrong product purchased.

I received excellent customer service!

I received excellent customer service from McSHARK. As an expat working here, I'm not fluent in German, but the staff responded to my inquiries quickly and provided clear, informative answers

They are a scammer

They are a scammer. Don't trust them if you buy something from other stores is better then buying something from them as well as their partner C2. They refuse to cancle the order which has been written 1-3 work days but after 3 weeks I have not got my order and I asked to cancle my order and they refused my request. NOT TRUSTABLE bad experience

Friendly and Knowledgeable Service

Robert, the assistant manager, made my experience at McShark exceptional, a very friendly and attentive experience. The store was jam packed with people, but he took his time to deliver great service. I only wish he had more help at that time of year as Christmas shoppers flooded the store! I was happy with his knowledge and will be back to buy more in the future.

Delivery failed. My problem.

Parcel not delivered to the address,which was given correctly on the order, probably mistake of the postman.
And here is the impertinence: when contacting you I was told the parcel will not be sent again but I have to collect it from a store.
This is not what I expect when ordering a delivery to my adress, and this was my last order.

takes extremely long

Customer service was nice and quick to respond too, but they could not tell me when I would receive an invoice.
I did not like that it took 5 weeks to receive the invoice for my order. Spending so much money and not having that in writing is really not a comfortable experience.
Have not received my order yet as there is a 9-11 (!!) week wait time

Avoid this horrible business

I also would firmly recommend people to avoid this horrible business. Please just go directly to the apply website. In my case, the problem is that I ordered an iMac and I can not get any reply from the business, after a full month, on the status of my order. They are simply a horrible business, stay away.

Communication and Transparency

I order a special configuration of a MacBook Pro, which takes 4-8 weeks to ship, since it's made on demand. The thing is, that the website says 2-3 day shipping and I had to call the support hotline to find out how long my laptop actually takes to arrive. It does not say it anywhere on the wep page that there is such a thing as a "special configuration". I googled it after that and other retailers do have it on their page, that's how I could confirm that it is actually the way it works.

I would have needed my laptop four weeks ago, but ye, can't cancel the order once it's payed :)

No clear information when the product…

No clear information when the product is ready for pick up - that should be within tue first email in bold letters when payment process is completed. Went to the store: the guy in the store said, well he does not know that is a different department of the company and he does not know the process neither when tuenproduct will arrive.

iPhone fixed but overcharged me and gave incorrect info

When I got my iPhone fixed, I received a replacement iPhone for the duration of the repair time. It says at the Homepage That the replacement IPhone is for free but they charged me immediately for this although my McCare+ (2 years) ist only 9 month old. When I got my iPhone back, the Customer service forgot to give me back my simcard. Even the Silicone Case was broken too and they say (online support service) there is only a 1 year guarantee… as I mentioned I bought it 9 month ago… what’s not clear about this? They have to do a precise training for their employee.. the service is inadequate.

Not apple experts at all

I ordered a mac book online. when I ordered it, I saw that they had this product in stock and the delivery would last 2-3 days.However, when I called the customer service on 31st Of March 2021 at 15:30, they said they don't have it in stock and I should wait approximately a month (27-38 days) for the delivery. And to make the situation even worse, the girl at customer service didn't even try to give a solution and was totally rude. I asked her to talk to someone else who could help me, since I wanted the laptop as soon as possible and she said she was the only one responsible there. I am very disappointed and would not recommend it at all. Now that I read other reviews, most of which were bad, I find it funny how the Mcshark team says that for every problem contact at that email address. So pity!

I am sorry that your order was out of stock. Our system is updating every 15 minutes. So there is a window in which you may order an article shown as in stock while it actually is already sold out. We also only execute orders after they are paid. If you are paying via prepayment there is a chance that you order an article while it is in stock but pay later when the article already is out of stock. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

There are longer delivery times due to the pandemic we cannot affect.

We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our Onlineshop Hotline. If you have further questions about your online order you can write to onlineshop@mcshark.at. If you have another complaint you can write to care@mcshark.at.

As a solution I can only offer you to cancel the order and look up products in our onlineshop that are currently in stock and to pay immediately. Another possibility would be to go to one of our stores.

I would rate it no stars if that's possible

I would rate it no stars if that's possible. I put down my order in Nov 2020 and still haven't received it yet. This is horrendous! The first package arrived completely damaged and soaked in water, the second parcel never arrived and is now in the process of being found. The customer service is late in reply and has such a rude attitude. I will be turning to my lawyer for this but that's just evidence that they are not handling it at all. The hotline never goes through. Honestly, such a bad experience that I WILL NEVER EVER even consider McShark again.

Took my money, ran away with it

I have ordered a Macbook Air end of November.

The store firstly declined my credit card payment (bank told me that this was because of the store’s payment gate being limited and the store told me it’s because of the bank)... Ok I said to myself, as I proceeded to pay via a regular wired transfer. Should have stopped right there, on this first problem!

The issue is that the delivery time was by the 15th of December for my order and I still don’t have my Macbook, which I urgently need for work! I also can not apparently cancel my order, as it was a custom order (which is also an illegal justification under current EU law directive, as each customer can retract an internet based order).

McShark only offered a limited and lousy 50% off coupon for accessories, which has so many exclusions, that it cannot be basically used on anything with value.

So to summarize: i’m out of 1.200€, don’t have my machine that I have paid for and the CS are ignoring any of my inquiries.

I will issue a formal complaint with my bank unless something will change soon, as I feel horribly scammed.

Ordered an ipad on 23rd of November. Still no sign of possible delivery date. Kind of misleading the 1-2 days delivery time. Money was collected immediately. As a compensation you can get a personalised gift card( to spend more money or buy something ever again here? No way!)
No customer service. The online cancellation doesn't work. I'll stay away in the future from Mcshark
