I made a purchase with klarna last week and soon later I changed my mind and decided to cancel the order. I couldn’t do that on the web so I emailed mctrek and next day they reply that it was already shipped but I could returned it. I ask for a return label.
I was nervous after see all the bad reviews but I have to say that after that they send me the return label, I notified the return to klarna, and everything went fast and great. I returned the items a few days ago and today I received a notification of Klarna that Mctreck already refund the money and I only have to wait a couple days to klarna send my money back.

Fast and good customer service in my case.

at first I tried to get my order for more than 2 months. and now with bad financial state of Mctrack i need to forget about 90 euro! they have my return but they will never give my money back. Don't even get in touch with this company!

Worst ever purchase experience:
Online purchase of a jacket that ca. 2 weeks after was not delivered. Unfriendly personnel in store and at customer service repeating goods were the way and not taking action to speed up or give a reliable info on delivery date.
On top IT systems not even delivering purchase confirm or cancellation....
Result: cancelled the order and will buy somewhere else ...

I ordered a Jack Wolfskin Unbound Jacket L Matisse blue, because in the Netherlands size L was not available at that time and Mctrek offered a very good price, about 100 euro less than the original price.

Mctrek charged my creditcard in an not-to-understand manner. 131,- euro extra above the price for the jacket which was 158,- euro. Three other articles they want to charged my creditcard with as well. They have sent me lady shoes instead. Sent shoes back to them a 12,50 shipping costs. They say that they will pay back the shipping costs but first wait until the shoes are returning to them.

When I activated Eurolabel EHI and my Bank (ING) Mctrek took action. When I wanted to cancel it all, because after a week it was not clear if the jacket was available in the first place, Mctrek became a master in ignoring again. They read my emails half, are preoccupied with their own conviction.

Never again, bad for the blood pressure and took a lot of energy to lead in good ways! Don’t understand how they can do everything wrong! At last they paid everything back including the shipping costs. One friendly contact person in the company I mention, T.

I bought a shirt on mctrek.de because I couldn't find it in size XS anywhere else. It arrived in a few days and looks great. However, I did not receive any e-mail letting me know that the package had been dispatched. In fact, the website still says "Auftrag in Bearbeitung" even though I have received the product days ago! It would be nice to receive an automated e-mail when package is dispatched, if only to have a rough idea when to expect it.
