Dreadful staff

Recently booked multiple rooms for my mother's 86th birthday. A group of ladies mostly older ladies
The experience was appalling. Upon arrival, the group was looked down upon and treated with immense ignorance and hostility. The staff refused to make eye contact and made paying guests feel completely unwanted. One particular server was incredibly aggressive, raising her voice and deeply embarrassing my elderly mother. This hotel gladly took a large sum of our money but treated us with utter contempt. If you are an international traveler or from a minority background, avoid this hotel at all costs. They will make it their business to ruin your stay. Keep well clear."
