Arrived the next day and does exactly what it should. Have used it to assess how it works in heat and was impressed. It is slightly noisy but I did expect that from previous comments. It is also a bit heavy to move. Hope it works just as good in the winter.

Damaged cracked air-conditioning unit
Arrived by DPD guy moaning it's to heavy . Unpacked all seemed ok installed window cover but items damaged big crack in plastic base leaks water so now the hassle of returning and no air con over heatwave as theyve sold out...of course they have.
Rang up and I've got to send pics of damage by email and wait upto 72hrs for a reply then I've got to wait for a rebanding kit to arrive and mess about trying to use them.
Oh and then Ive got to wait for DPD to collect and item received back to them and then they might refund me.
What an absolute farce, first and last time with these cowboys.

Procedures and the like are all well and good but having paid £600 for a broken air-conditioner then to be told you cant replace is bad enough but then to have to wait 3 days before you will even answer an email and process the return then I've got to strap it up with special straps and then wait in for the dozy DPD driver to collect a smashed broken machine . Is really taking the piss.
All your bothered about is getting your claim into DPD or manufacturer not expediting the collection and refund.

The reason we request photographs of the damage is not to make the process difficult, but because we require evidence to support damage claims with both the manufacturer and the courier. This is a standard part of the process and allows us to investigate and resolve issues appropriately.
Unfortunately, during a heatwave, portable air conditioners are in exceptionally high demand, so yes, replacement stock can sell out very quickly. While we appreciate this is frustrating, it is not something we can control.
We would also like to reassure you that there has never been any suggestion that a refund would not be provided. Once the damage has been verified and the return process completed, the refund will be processed in line with our normal procedures.
We understand that receiving a damaged item is disappointing, but the steps we've asked you to follow are necessary to investigate the damage and resolve the matter correctly.

Good purchase so far!
Only been using the dehumidifier for a few days but so far I’m very happy with the purchase. It’s a sleek design that doesn’t look too out of place in the home and appears well designed. It’s heavier than I wanted but the castors make it fairly easy to move around. Excellency delivery, quick and well communicated.

I ordered a dehumidifier on the Saturday. Due to roadworks in my area there was a delay in delivery. I emailed the supplier & the cause of the delay was immediately looked into & I received the dehumidifier a few days later. I felt confident that if I needed further help, someone was on hand.

Terrible aftercare
Immediately highlighted that the dehumidifier was a lot louder than it was sold as. The marketing on this item is not accurate. I reported it within one day and the company were not at all interested. They didnt investigate, just told it was normal. No attempt at customer aftercare. I am not satisfied with the product and would never buy from this company again. Take your money and no interest afterwards
P.s. their response to my review, which is my genuine honest experience with them, is inaccurate. They didn't make any attempt to discuss. They simply shut the matter down with the first email. The fan constantly sounds louder than a boiling kettle and doesnt change, lessen or stop. Despite it saying otherwise. The company wasn't interested in this information.

However, we feel it is important to clarify that your concerns were not dismissed. Following your report, we reviewed the video you provided and responded with a detailed explanation of our findings. We advised that, based on the evidence supplied, the unit appeared to be operating as expected and that we were unable to identify any fault requiring repair or replacement.
We explained that compressor dehumidifiers naturally produce operational noise from components such as the compressor, fan and airflow system, particularly when actively removing moisture from the air. We also clarified that whilst night mode may adjust certain settings, it does not make the unit silent.
At no point were your concerns ignored. We reviewed the information provided, investigated the issue reported, and communicated our assessment based on the evidence available to us.
I'm sorry you did not have a positive experience on this occasion.

Fantastic air conditioner. Couldn't be happier with it. Really easy to navigate site and make purchase.
Would have been nice to know it had been dispatched or when it was out for delivery. Got abruptly woken just before 07:30 on my day off.
Really happy with the air conditioner. Does a great job in our open plan kitchen/living room. We have really high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows across one side so it gets like a green house in here. Will be so grateful to have it during this disgusting humidity in the UK. Also has a dehumidifier and heating too so not just using it for a month or two of the year. Also makes it easier to justify the price.
