I had a problem with an exhaust I bought throught meancycles, and JC did everything he could in order to fix it for me by communicating with the manufacturer.

After a while he managed to get them to understand that it was a manufacturing error and corrected the error.

I will definetly be shopping through meancycles more, especially knowing how well they treat their customers

Amazing customer care. They are always looking out for customers and are super quick to respond. Great product quality and the shipping time was great. I’m in Ontario Canada and they shipped from Miami and it was at my door in no time. I will forever be ordering everything through mean cycles and I will recommend them to everyone I know!

This company went above and beyond my expectations for ordering and delivering in such a timely fashion. I received everything on my order within three days of placing the order which I placed over the weekend. Emails and customer service is clearly their top priority. Highly recommend them for anything with motorcycles.

I don't think it can get better than this!!! JC Pomar is the "bomb". He helped me from the onset of a special order and continued his professionalism until the order reached its destination even when it was lost it the mail. I have been a loyal Mean Cycles customer for several years and have never been disappointed with the products or the service they provide.

JC and the Meancycles crew are about as good as you can ask for. Even all the way down in Australia I can order something on a Monday and have it on my doorstep by Friday. Nothing is too hard, the price is always right, and the service is second to none.

Wuup Wuup !!! Listen carefully here folks.! Show in is in doubt about how your trade should go when you need to buy something for your Mc. So do not doubt when I say these words. I can only clearly recommend JC Pomar and his people as well as shop (MeanCykle.com). The service is no better than here. Now I live in Denmark myself and should have sent the item to me. The item is simply packed so extremely well that you could play American football with it without anything happening to the contents. WHAT !!? Yes it is true.! The service during the trade went extremely fast and I have never felt before better treatment during a trade than what I got at MeanCyckle.com Here I will for the future lay my money. TOP CLASS AND SERVICE.

What can i say, the service from Jc is crazy good, I am from Australia and this was my first purchase from the states i called Jc at meancycles and spoke to him about what i was looking for and he organised it all and walked me through how to order correctly whilst still on the phone i them completed the order and had tracking details within 1 hr of purchase he has so many awesome products on his website too i will definitely be buying more stuff in the future

I recently purchased a set of HardKrome Velocity Pro pipes. A little back story. This was the third set of pipes I purchased. The first set (I won’t mention the company) their web site was very confusing. The wrong pipes showed up. Second set was purchased from a different company. The next day they issued a refund with no explanation. Nearly a month to actually get my money back.
Now for the good.
I contacted MeanCycles and what a great surprise. Answered all my questions in a very reasonable time, made sure the part was actually the correct part. Shipped almost immediately and the pipes are great looking. And price was better than others. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!
