SCAM company Be Aware

I placed an order for stock for my business and after the delivery date went by I emailed Mearth to find out what was going on. After several attempts they finally replied stating that they had had an issue in production and that the shipment would be another 2 months. I replied that I could not work with this and asked for a refund. This was over 12 months ago now and I still have no refund or any stock delivered. They have stolen my $2500 and will not answer phone calls, emails or any other for of communication and offer any kind of solution.

DO NOT BUY A MEARTH SCOOTER!!… My…

DO NOT BUY A MEARTH SCOOTER!!… My partner and I purchased 1 x GTS MAX$3000, 3 x RS $1300 each AND 1 x S $900 electric scooters, spending over $7500. Our GTS MAX needed a replacement lcd screen which Mearth told me on the 18th September 2025 this item was in stock and sent me payment details for me to make payment.. After making payment on this same day Mearth emailed me thanking for payment and that was it.. They took my money $125 and now will not return my messages or emails. FIVE MONTHS LATER AND IM STILL WAITING!!.. It is disgusting customer service especially after the amount of money I spent on all the electric scooters and the most expensive one is sitting in my shed useless, $3000 down the drain and to make things worse I’m not the only one Mearth has taken money from for spare parts then totally ignored… THEY ARE A JOKE!

Chinese scooters making out they are Australian made.

They say Australian made but they are not look on alibaba same scooters imported from China and rebranded as mearth.
No customer service and don't repair or provide parts either..
Scooters don't go as fast or as fast as advertised either. Buy xiaomi or segway and you won't have any problems.. Stay away from this NSW based Chinese company..
