Medecho is excellent recruitment agency, they don’t underestimate doctors without NHS experience.They helped me to start a job in the NHS and they absolutely helped me when most people not taking serious to my CV with no NHS experience.
I would 100% recommend Medecho for their kindness, professionalism, fairness many other qualities.

I am member of the Specialist Register of the GMC and Specialist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. I wanted to come back in the UK and work for the NHS , some years after my Clinical Fellowship. It was difficult for me to find a suitable work environment, as I wanted for one month and was absent from the country three years. The whole Medecho team and especially Mr Dhruv Patel guided me through the initial process and worked hard and effectively in order to find the best choice for me. They were always by my side to resolve any issue and help me politely. Highly recommended by a surgeon!

Absolute pests. In the last year they keep calling me repeatedly. I tell them I am not interested in locums, they promise to remove my name from their database and call me again. I block their numbers and they call me from different numbers. Even if they are a good agency I would not work for them given how Insensitive their attitude is.

I have been working with MEDECHO Ltd for more than year. My consultant always tried best to help me find work that suits my interests.
It was a good start for me to get experience in NHS.

I got to know of Medecho agency from a friend who strongly recommended that I register with them. Though, I just got my licence at that time with no UK experience, they were able to get me into the NHS to work in the particular department I wanted. James Hunt who is my consultant and responsible for my file has been very honest and professional. I am more than happy to give him and the agency a five star review. The fact that I now recommend the agency to others says it all.

They are very friendly, keen to set up and complete employee files , they fight until every thing get successful.

They applied for a shift when I’ve asked to take me off the register and do not wish to work for them. Immediately after the trust sent email to me.
