Avoid this company like others have said the questionnaire only allows for the 2.5mg dose injection. When I disputed this dose being repeated on the second month they blamed me for it! And did nothing about it! I’ve put in a formal complaint a month ago still waiting on that reply! One dr called me once they let my phone ring I answered they mumbled hello then put the phone down! My third injection I ordered a month ago and it’s still not here considering this is a weekly treatment to not have it for a month they have ruined my weight loss program! I’ve just emailed them again today to chase answers and been told by Rhianna she’s happy to help but then doesn’t help me and accused me of abuse which I certainly have not it’s a smokescreen to not deal with the issue and my demand of 3 months refund seeing as I’ll have to start my weight loss journey all over again with someone else avoid this company they are grossly negligent to customers who need their treatment delivered on time. I’ve given up and will take them to small claims court they can their unhelpful agent Rhianna for that!

This company have taken over £300 from me but not provided me with any medication. I have emailed numerous times and never received a response.
This is theft and a beyond disgraceful way to treat people.
Any prospective customers I would advise you avoid this company at all costs. They shouldn't be allowed anywhere near patients!

I will never order from these again! I ordered a 2.5mg Mounjaro pen from them 7 days ago. I understood that the timeframe for delivery would be 7 - 10 days but 7 days later and my order is still showing as under clinical review, even though I am a returning customer and they had everything they needed last month! So there is no way I will receive my order within their stated timeframe! I have contacted them time and again and get a generic response. Their 7 - 10 days has now changed to 7 - 10 WORKING days!! That was NOT the case when I ordered. New customers are getting their orders immediately. My daughter ordered the same as me 2 days ago and has already received it. They were happy to take my £149.99 immediately but are now changing the goal posts for delivery and LOTS of people are having the same issues. Do yourselves a favour and go elsewhere!

DISGUSTING treatment to a loyal customer
I have been a customer since October 2024 using Mounjaro, no issues.
I placed an order on 15th August and it was “awaiting clinical review” for a few days. I expected this with the recent price hike, but happy to wait.
I then get an email saying 10mg is out of stock and that my order has been cancelled.
I DID NOT REQUEST TO CANCEL THIS ORDER. They are now telling me that I’ll have to pay the increased amount when the product is back in stock…which will cost me £80.00 more.
Absolutely not. I have already emailed their CEO.

Provided evidence, this was ignored by clinician useless 2.5 mg prescribed couple of hours later. Messages ignored , no one answering phones.
5 days later no response! Wrong dose pen arrived. Be very wary if you are considering this company as an alternative supplier due to the mounjaro price hike.

Very poor service. Ordered and paid for 5mg pen on 15th August. Now 12 days later still awaiting clinical review. Money is taken straight away. Have phoned and supposedly placed as urgent. Am now going to miss a dose. There is no communication apart from generic email.

Buyer beware
I have been using this company for six months no issue. Was due a ‘reorder’ so did so on 15th August. “Due to demand and the price increase on 1st September” I will not get my order as it’s out of stock….ironically in this period a further two emails encouraging me to reorder….why on My Account do they mark it despatched?
Sadly I know three people on the same dose who ordered after me (one two days after) and have their delivery today.
Today had enough and requested a FULL refund which would be ‘immediate’, needless to say it has not been, I await with bated breath for this. Will be reporting to the relevant overseeing bodies.
Customer service is in responses of ‘standard emails’, and forget trying to telephone them, I gave up after waiting just over an hour in a queue.
UPDATE…..didn’t get my refund and mysteriously it arrived, customer service is VERY poor, “will be looking into this”, needless to say it has never been forthcoming, so it remains a one star review

I like many other customers of MedExpress have been waiting a ridiculous amount of time to both have their medicine request reviewed and/or dispatched. The joys of social media have hi-lighted the fact that they have no system what so ever in place as both new customers and customers recently have both had their requests accepted and dispatched the same day. They are hiding behind generic emails saying they are busy and phone calls are met with the same answer someone will escalate it. Mine has been escalated twice now apparently in a week - obviously not successfully or its just another excuse to get unhappy customers off the phone. Apparently there are two centres that deal with the prescribing - maybe one is on holiday!! They surely have a duty of care to look after existing customers who are nearing the end of their doses and are in desperate need of the next to ensure continuation of their treatment? Its at a point now where maybe the CQC or governing bodies that regulate this company step in and check their best practices as they dont appear to have any. I think they will loose an awful lot of customers not just from the price increase but from the dreadful lack of customer service.

almost 3weeks to deliver. having used previously I didn't think twice.. this time after paying extra for quicker delivery it took almost 3 weeks.. after numerous communications finally offered me five pound discount for future order.. I won't be using them again.. took the payment quick enough.. shocking time to wait when told 7 to 10 days tops.
