I have still not received my package!
Update: I have received my package today, however it was shoved in the mail box so photo is bent with crease marks on the photo very disappointing that I paid for a product that I can't use now.

Nearly a year later and no response.
Well I emailed Media Storehouse in December 2023 requesting a copy of a front page of a local newspaper. The article description and date of the publication was given. To date I haven’t had any reply despite emailing a further 2 times to chase the request.

They have a range of images. They will make it right if the image gets lost in the mail.
I appreciate that Alamy had the image I needed for a project. When it didn't arrive by the promised date, I inquired and received an answer. The first photo was apparently lost in transit. They made it right by sending me another photo.
