I liked dividing the participants into…
I liked dividing the participants into small groups where each group shared ideas.
I do not say I disliked something, but it would have been appreciated if some video clips reinforcing ideas have been there. These could have been part-watched, then the participants given the opportunity to comment, then the clip completed with the ideal outcome, which would have been the message to take home in a format which will stay longer in the memory of participants.

I enjoy the interactive session and I would recommend this to others
I enjoy the interactive session and got to share our experiences with each other. The facilitator lead the team very well with teaching delivered via role play followed by analysis of each role behaviour and personality trait. I think we should attend courses like this every so often to maintain and brush up our communication skills.

Useful, engaging and interesting
I really enjoyed this 2 day course. It was very interesting and provided lots of useful frameworks and skills which I will take forward in my career. Mark was fantastic and did a great job of involving everybody and pacing the sessions well. I particularly appreciated how knowledgable he was about the NHS and its organisation and how well-tailored the course was for healthcare professionals.
