Delivered within 24 hours of being approved which was great, my dentist was notified, very efficient, the only downside was that I requested the approval on Saturday afternoon and it was not looked at until the Monday, possibly this was stated and I didn’t read it

I lost my money
My online-order was cancelled by Medical Specialist, but I have not received my money back after weeks of waiting. I contacted them, they said they can't do anything about it. Goodbye 60 euros.
Update and answer to your reply: Bank said Medical Specialist should do all necessary actions to cancel "reserved" funds. Now nobody is taking responsibility. You should change this method where customer has to "pay" before order is accepted by Medical Specialist.

Thank you for your review, but we are a little taken aback by your comments.
Medical Specialists Online Pharmacy has a central ethos of care for its patients.
Unfortunately, your order could not be processed as it contravened our medication policy and we were unable to proceed.
We did not take any payment for the order as it was never processed nor approved by a Prescriber.
However, we did abort the pending ‘ghost’ transaction and have also provided you with the authorisation code for it, which you can give to your bank.
Using this, your bank should then be able to investigate the delay and re-credit your account accordingly as this delay is not down to us.

We are taken aback by your comment, especially as we have vigorous stock checks in place at different stages of the dispensing process within our Pharmacy.
Without us seeing the packaging, we can only assume the manufacturer’s seal at the end of the box has come unstuck whilst in transit, making it appear the packaging was “opened”.
Please note this would not affect the integrity of the medication in any way.

We are very surprised by your comment. After investigating, we found there was a slight delay due to conflicting information you had provided on the consultation, which in keeping with our system of due diligence and patient care, we had to query with you.
In addition, Royal Mail strikes then caused a few days delay to your delivery. Unfortunately, this was down to Royal Mail and something out of our control.
