Good course
I enjoyed the Reflection for Doctors course and found it useful overall. The interactive elements, especially listening to doctors share their reflections, made it engaging, although some parts felt a bit scripted.
I learned a lot, particularly the value of group reflection and how reflection can support changes in practice, even though other factors can influence outcomes.
I would recommend completing the course over a shorter period, as leaving long gaps between sections made it harder to remember previous exercises.
Overall, a good and worthwhile course.

The 2-day live teaching was a great experience! Our leader Gill Thakray did a wonderful job in getting all of us to feel comfortable speaking up and raising any concerns or queries, whilst also mentoring us on the key principles behind effective teaching skills.
