Before I even set foot in Antalya, Meerim—who works as an international client support specialist—sent me a clear quote and explained the entire check‑up plan via Telegram, so I knew exactly what to expect and how much it would cost.

During my one‑day visit, I was assigned a personal translator/assistant who stayed with me throughout and took care of every detail. I consulted several doctors, each of whom summarized the findings in plain language. After the appointment I received a PDF report fully translated into English and a CD containing all my MRI and CT images.

The pre‑visit support from Meerim made the whole process stress‑free, and the in‑hospital care was professional and friendly. I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely use their services again.

I was so happy to hear from Dr. Karim about my mommy makeover. I had BBL, 360 liposuction, and a tummy tuck; I looked awful, like a hippopotamus, hahaha, but now my self-confidence is incredibly high, hahaha. I'm so glad I had this experience; it was the best decision of my life. I also want to thank Dr. Yunus and Ms. Beyan for taking care of me, but Dr. Karim is the best medical consultant ever, and we're friends now. I'm so grateful for everything I have right now.

worst clinic ever worst doctors and staff approach, doctor Akin Zengin terribly unprofessional, beware. they robbed me for €965. I had a scheduled nose operation, I was told that I would be provided with transportation, an interpreter, all analyzes and the operation. the transport was waiting for me, the van is falling apart and the whole thing is dirty, the first impression was immediately bad, also when we arrived, no one was waiting for me at the hospital when I contacted my interpreter via Wattap, she just said to wait, another interpreter will come for me, she is not able, and everything was arranged with her. her name is Marvel, we were waited for by another person who translates, her name is LALE (a woman who has no idea of ​​my language, I don't understand her completely, I understand every 5 words, I saw that she was lying to me, she said that the doctor would be there at 5:00 p.m. and then we waited for him until 7:00 p.m.), she asked me to pay for the operation and everything as agreed, 2,700€, and at the same time I neither saw the doctor nor had a consultation, as soon as I arrived at the door she took me to I pay, I said I won't pay until I meet the doctor and see what he can do about my nose, her answer was you have everything on Instagram, I was horrified, what an Instagram woman, it's a lie, it's a virtual world and this is real life, terrible. Also, the consultation with the doctor was bad, he was in a hurry, and I didn't get all the answers to the questions. I was really suspicious, I decided to stay in the hospital and I said okay, I'll clean myself up and prayed to God all night that everything would go well, I didn't close an eye that night. in the morning, an interpreter came for me and took me to pay for the operation and I paid part of the money, €965, I needed it all right away, but the limit was set on my card, so it wasn't all possible, we had to wait, so I gave part, I'll do part later, when we came to the anesthesiologist an hour before the operation, she informed me that the operation was canceled because the doctor doesn't want to beg you, she was surprised why and how that was possible.

My experience as an international patient with Medical Park was deeply disappointing and stressful.

The issue was not the idea of traveling for treatment — it was the lack of structure, coordination, and professional organization throughout the entire process.

Before traveling, I asked for clear logistical details. I was told someone would contact me before departure. No one did. I arrived in Turkey without proper guidance and had to rely on another patient to understand where to go.

At the hospital, there was no clear coordination or assigned support person. Communication was minimal and reactive. I often felt uncertain about what was happening or what the next step would be.

On the day of surgery, I was not properly briefed about the full schedule. I was not clearly informed that the procedure would begin immediately, nor was I advised regarding preparation. The surgery lasted many hours, and afterward I felt physically weak and poorly supported in terms of recovery coordination.

Post-operative organization was also confusing. I was given incorrect information regarding my hotel stay and transport arrangements. At one point, I had to arrange my own transportation without assistance, despite transfers being included in the package.

During the procedure itself, I also felt uncomfortable due to the informal atmosphere in the operating room. As a patient undergoing surgery in a foreign country, I expected a higher level of visible professionalism and focus throughout the process.

As someone who lives with anxiety and depression, clear communication and structured support are not optional — they are essential. Instead, I felt that I constantly had to ask for basic coordination that should have already been in place.

While I later received polite responses when raising concerns, the overall experience lacked the level of organization and patient-centered care that international patients should expect.

I cannot recommend this service to anyone seeking a well-structured and professionally coordinated medical experience abroad.

I've choosen this hospital to get my annual checkup folloing the advice of one friend that lives in Istanbul. From
the moment I contacted the hospital via whatsapp, the communication team was efficient and responded in a timely manner.
I told them what are my main requests and they explained every package to find the best one.
Mahmoud helped me first and then, when I arrived at the clinic, Ahmet took over and was the translator as well as the one that was guiding me to all the doctors offices.

I recently had a full body check-up at Medical Park in Istanbul, and I’m extremely satisfied with the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were professional, friendly, and well-organized, which made the process smooth and stress-free.

Once i arrived they asked for down payment 30% of the overall price
After i paid they requested more examinations and tests not noted in the offer and it will cost me a lot
I refused to do it
So they refused to pay back the 30% ( 500 ) euro
Worst experience ever i'll never go to medical park nor turkey ever again

I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Akin Zengin. Worst mistake of my life. The consultation was short and he pushed other surgerues onto me and my surgery was pushed back two days. I was assured I would have a second consultation to put my mind at ease that the surgeon knew what I wanted but this never happened. All of a sudden I was rolled into theatre and without any notification my IV was opened and I was put to sleep.
My results from the surgery are disappointing, I am around 6 months post op and I have retracted collumella alongside an inverted V deformity. My breathing is worse than before and the clinic does not respond once you start to raise these issues.

Looking back at previous patients I can see these deformities on them, it is a common nose he produces to look like a pig. He claims to have natural noses but once you look at it properly it is very obviously lack of skill and awareness.

This surgeon Dr Duran, botched my nose now he’s moved here. Be careful. He sent me a contract stating about having revision if there’s any asymmetry and he refused it. Definitely avoid this surgeon

Dr Yakup Cil from medical park hospital istanbul turkey completely botched mine and my mothers plastic surgery. He should not be allowed to operate. He has no pride in his work. Please do yourself a favour and do not let him touch you. He will also perform a different surgery than what you wanted and paid for without your permission. He will take no accountability for completely destroying your face

I had the worst experience ever with this Hospital, i had mommy make over with YAKUP CIL, it was a disaster he has destroyed my life, he left my tummy disfigured and my brest still very low, i look worse than I did before I had surgery.. and the worst part Yakup cil does not care or take pride in his work.. he has never contacted me ever since the surgery,, the after care is the worst,, the coordinator he sometimes replies me and sometimes he doesn't.. but before the surgery he used to answer me as soon as possible.. I have tried to reach out to ask for revision but nothing concrete has been said.. this Hospital is Scam I'm not sure if YAKUP is really a Professor.. and I think he should be banned to perform surgeries because he is bad and he does not take pride in his work... he ruined my life and he does not care the hospital does not care as well... We went to Istanbul for Medicals and it's fair to say the experience wasn't great, loads of waiting around but the worst part is that we were promised the results in English and we are now being completely ignored.
Seems once you have paid, that's it. Please dont't waste your time or money, it's a false economy

This hospital is great really! İt feels like VIP service with Ceren she assist us very well. Whenever you are at the hospital she is becoming your personal assistance. I havent paid a penny all covered by my European Health insurance!

This place was TERRIBLE. DO NOT BOOK an international health screen with this group. We arrived and went through testing, but they ran out of time and we did not meet with the General Practice MD, Neurology and Cardiology. They gave us our test documents and everything is in Turkish. We were told we would receive an online consultation to complete our program and that never happened - we were ghosted by both our program organizer and the translator. NOT WORTH THE MONEY SO DONT WASTE IT.
