ASK TO BE REFERRED ELSEWHERE

ASK TO BE REFERRED ELSEWHERE. These cowboys are an absolute shambles. Said getting records on 15th April. No diary set. Should be two weeks max.
I chased. They confirmed they had lied and would take action 2 weeks ago.
Still waiting for call back promised 2 weeks ago.
Sent email complaint. They have ignored.
Checked Co. credentials. Tin pot shambles with one director who is director of many, many companies all doing the same dodgy medical work.
Only open Mon-Fri - 9-5.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.
