After communication with 9 different agents, both local and national, to discuss choosing a Medicare Supplement Insurance Company, I was disillusioned by the attitudes and disconnect I experienced. I contacted Medicare Nationwide and connected with Jackson Edwards. I found my person! After a few minutes of conversation Jackson patiently listened to my concerns. His responses were direct, knowledgeable and respectful. There were no pitches; just pure professionalism. And most importantly for me were his communication and listening skills, honesty, patience and respect towards me as a person. Any agent can fill out an application but Jackson's thorough knowledge, professionalism and people skills checked all the boxes. 10 stars

Nice to have someone knowledgeable to walk me through the confusing parts. Items were emailed to mw so I could immediately sign, and return. The whole process was a lot quicker than I had expected. Cards arrived quickly too.

I will definitely recommend Eric Rosenberg and Medicare Nationwide when friends and family get closer to 65.
