Hi, I have used medi checks quite a few times and your booking system has always been very good but this time with the Heim app it was terrible. There were no dates available at all and it was constantly stuck on one date which I couldn’t do I had to send about five messages to them to try and get a date and constantly get in touch with their chat eventually after emails and messages I got an appointment, the actual lady who came and took my blood test was very good, but I don’t know if I would book again because it was too much trouble trying to get a Blood Test on any date which is a shame.

My sample arrived in the lab on Thursday and we are now on Wednesday with no emails for updates or any set date of when I should get my results, which has delayed my whole cycle, postponing gains!

Simple blood sample from local health check centre ended with a very detailed report. If you have questions on your health, I would recommend this blood test as a helpful start.

I use these fairly regular. The service is quick, easy and reasonably priced.

Efficient pleasant comfortable and quick when having bloods taken.
But
I was unaware that my report would have been more valuable if I had provided some information on medications. And how to provide that information could have been useful.
Final Report nevertheless, was helpful .

On the whole the experience was great. The form filling at the beginning wasn't always easy, particularly as the enter button was still there after I'd pressed it so I wasn't sure whether the info was saved. Also, for a more mature person, it wasn't entirely clear that the info would go to medichecks once I'd pressed enter. This may have been my skim reading or my lack of IT knowledge which was at fault. Once the results were in I had really helpful and speedy feedback about how to resolve the deficiency that the test revealed. I am very relieved to be able to see a way ahead and for that I thank you.

This is my third visit. I like the clarity of instructions and the quick turn-around. I was disappointed that the feedback did not take into account or reference information I had provided re. the likely impact of medications.

Very quick results and detailed answers!
There was an issue with my bloods and only 7 of the 9 bio markers were checked, but Medicheck sent me a new test for FREE! The issue could’ve happened for several reasons, including a clotted, insufficient or haemolysed sample. But yeah, they sorted the issue very professionally.

I’m a little biased on Medichecks as they managed to identify a cancer risk that turned out to accurate. This time around I was unlucky enough to undertake a LFT test - got a call next day after posting to stay the doctor had picked up a severe possibly critical issues and I should attend AandE following a new medicine causing drug-induced-liver-injury. Within six hours of the call Inhave been seen by a consultant through the NHS and also had an excellent follow up note from the doctor. The doc even emailed the findings over, which meant the consultant could go straight to ordering the right tests quickly without having to guess what the problem was. Life saving advice potentially. Well done and thanks to the doctor at Medichecks. Again you delivered!!!
