Fast and efficient
Package arrived quickly and was processed quickly once it was returned. The only reason that I have marked it down 1 star is the finger prick method for collecting blood. This is hard work and I have in the past decorated the room in blood spinning my arm round to try and get enough! Other companies are now using one that goes in the upper arm which was much easier.

Useful results, subpar service and customer support and
While the results are useful, medichecks could not care less about customers. Their customer support is useless. Specifically, Millie who I spoke to didn't provide any help regarding a missing kit, didn't know how to handle a complaint and genuinely didn't care about the issue at hand.
Given that their platform hasn't been able to currently state if an order has been fulfilled for over 2 years, I will be looking for alternatives as I don't want to give my money to a company that disrespects it's customers.

A fast response and result. NHS takes weeks, this took two days from blood sample being taken. Another private test, arranged by a consultant, took over two weeks. Medichecks is our normal choice.

I had my results the next day. Excellent service. The instructions are really clear and it’s so simple to do at home. I have used this company many times. I love the ways I can track and compare my results over time on their website.

Very affordable blood tests
Very affordable blood tests, I chose to have my blood taken at my business premises. The nurse that came was very professional and efficient. Then the results were explained very clearly, with the option of an online GP appointment.

Always great service, plenty of help if needed, quick service when the lab receives your bloods and if requested, a doctor provides great notes which are really helpful when you receive the results.

Bit of a missed opportunity …
In my write up I was told that without knowledge of my medication it’s hard to comment properly. I hadn’t seen where I was supposed to supply this information. I contacted medichecks about this but so far no reply. Seems a bit of a flaw to the system. Otherwise the test results were clear and came back four days after posting so that is helpful.
