I ordered Sensodyne daily care each two costed me £2.50 I ordered 24 tubes, when they delivery arrived I found 24 original mint Sensodyne tubes which I could’ve bought for £2.33 another words I got scammed out of my money which is why I left this one star review

I ordered medicine over 1 week ago and paid for next day delivery and my medicine has not arrived, although the money was taken from my account. Would not use this company again

Meant to take the tablet within 3 days and it came a week later.

Placed two separate online orders, both cancelled and refunded within a few days with no explanation. Items still available to purchase on their web site so assume this isn't a stock issue.

Awful website do not use! Placed an order recieved email confirming then not long after another email to say refunded. No reason given . Will never use again and do not recommend anyone else to use it.

The worse online pharmacy, I ordered my medication in enough time for me to get my order and I paid extra for it to come 1-3 days. It didn’t come, then when I tried to email the company to get a refund they didn’t want to respond. Wouldn’t recommend

Not legit! Positive feedback probably paid. i paid and called and emailed and I have nothing! Money gone and it’s been 2 weeks (I paid for next day delivery!

I paid £3.99 for my order to be shipped by Royal Mail to my work address. I get multiple parcels delivered to this address daily via different couriers including Royal Mail. For some reason RM made one delivery attempt and couldn’t deliver (don’t know why as we’d received other parcels delivered by RM that day and I’m in the office every day)! My order was sent back to Medicines 2U who informed me that I will have to pay for redelivery. If I didn’t want to pay they would not refund me as the order can’t go back into stock. Either way I will be at a loss! I emailed them back 10 days ago asking why should I be the one to pay (surely they should take this up with RM?!) Chased again and I haven’t heard anything back at all. Poor customer service and it looks like I’ve lost out on £24!

Paid for next day signed for delivery. Items not given to carrier until 2nd working day after order. Delivered 3rd working day. Critic items no apology. Request for shipping cost refund ignored.
Would not use again for anything important.

Paid almost £8 for next day delivery, took a further two days to receive the item. I was offered a partial delivery refund, which I have never received and all emails I have since sent have been ignored.

Outstanding service , I was in a panic as I couldn't get my prescribed medicine at any chemists in my area. Manufacturing issue , so looked online & i found this company medicine2u . I was abit wary as I have never ordered medication online before ,but within the quoted delivery time of 1-3 days they arrived. Would definately recommend.

Absolutely shocking customer service, ordered something and paid £6.99 for Saturday delivery to then reload the page and note there was the tiniest banner at the top stating they would not be processing orders for about 5 days due to bank holiday weekend - yet it allowed me to pay that amount of money for a delivery that was never possible?

Messaged them straight away to cancel my order, they processed the order 5 days later and emailed me to say there would be a !5 admin charge as the medication had been processed - genuinely disgusting do not order from them.

Excellent customer service and overall great experience
