While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Do NOT buy from Medic Wears

Do NOT buy from Medic Wears
I thought I got scammed — what I received looks like a cheap Shein knock-off. Faded colours, totally different pattern, nothing like the photos. Medic Wears is ripping off nurses with false advertising and zero accountability. Disgraceful.

Seller refused refund on unused compression socks

Purchased 4 pairs of compression socks. Tried on one pair which didn't fit, so contacted Medic Wears via email to obtain a refund on the unused 3 pairs and was told they don't refund socks because they classify them as "intimate wear". This is not stated on Medic Wears website and calf sizes are not provided. Website says they will refund within 30 days if item is unused. In the email, they cheerfully told me to "feel free to gift it to your friend or family for any special occasions and use this code for 20% off your next order." Consumers are entitled to a refund within 30 days if the item is unused. They now refuse to reply to my emails. Also, notice all reviews on FB, Insta and website are 5 stars, which is an indication that they only post positive reviews. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN.
