Horrible company! They take days to reply to emails. You never receive the promised "free" gifts.

If I could leave 0 stars, i would as well. This company has been a colossal disappointment. I've emailed them so many times and called the number associated with their company, which, surprisingly, didn't work. They have yet to refund me or cancel my subscription. I've filed disputes with my bank and with the BBB because this company is a scam. I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND FOR 3 ADDITIONAL ORDERS THAT I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE, AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT. Basically, THEY ARE STEALING FROM ME. I have never dealt with a worse customer service department, and I will tell everyone I know to STAY AWAY FROM MEDIPUPS. WHAT A JOKE.

I have tried EVERY calming and probiotic chew, but couldn't get my dog Bella to eat them. They smelled awful too. These chews were eaten in a flash! She loves them so much, she waits by the table after she eats to make sure I don't miss giving them to her. Medipups, you have one happy dog mom for life. Thank you.

I started using Medi Pups few months ago. I’ve noticed an overall positive change in my dogs day to day. Vet says she’s never been healthier. Def recommend.

I have an older Yorkie(14 years old) and im delighted to find out he responds very well to this product. As a senior pup the joint care chews is essential to his daily nutrition plan as well as the skin and coat chews. Looking forward for my free bed for my furry baby.

Couldn't have asked for a better product. It took no more then a week after ordering to receive, & thanks to the amazing results our pup had with your guy's probiotic dog chews, he has stopped licking his paws, and no more itching!!!

I subscribed to their calming chews for my beloved dog 3 months ago. It’s been working great and shipment have been arriving on time. However, this past month I received product later than normal. I reached out via their support email and got a response within a day explaining the situation. I felt it was valid and their support team gave me a discount and sent an extra gift for my dog to enjoy. No phone number is listed so you’d have to email them and wait for a response. Which I did.

I'm Giving 4 Star Because I Ordered Medipups Over 12 Days Ago & Theyre Not Here. It Took 9 Days To Ship Out. I Would Have Given A 5 Star Of Not For The Length Of Time It Took To Ship. I Accidentally Ordered 2 & Immediately Contacted Them For A Refund Which I Got Right Away. Just Wish Shipping didn't Take As Long. I Really Needed Them For The Fireworks On 4th Of July! Which Is Tonight & Shipping Says They Wont Be Here Until The 9th

I had 2 charges on 6-11-2025. One for 22.45 and one for 29.94. I ordered one product. I have not received the product. Today is 7-4-2025. I tried to reach them without success. They gave no phone number and a runaround when contacting them in another fashion. I am very disappointed. Should have read reviews already given and avoided ordering.

My buying experience with Medipups in February 2025 was very standard for any online brand. I ordered the Skin & Coat Chews from their website, delivery took 4-5 days I think, and my dog has responded very well to the product.

Do not fall this! This is a scam. I ordered 2 beds in June 2023 and never received anything. Save your money!!!!

If I could give a -5, I would. I cancelled my subscription in April, 2024. It is now October 2024. Medipups have charged my card EVERY MONTH $49.99 since April. Phone number is disconnected, and don’t reply to emails. Now have to change my credit card! They should be locked up. OH…and never sent what I ordered the one time I placed an order! I have emailed them every month… no replies!

I ordered dog beds a year ago. Paid for them. They never came. They basically steal your money and stop answering emails, and there's nothing you can do about it.

Be wary of the fake five star reviews written by this company. This company is a scam.

Medipups is a scam outfit that will take your money and you'll never see your pet products. To get your money back, call or file dispute with your credit card company or bank. Also place a "merchant block" with your credit card company or bank, so Medipups can't charge you again or close your credit card. I got my money back within 20 days after they investigated Medipups for fraud. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered over 3 months ago and still have not received a thing, although they have charged every month. I am retired and live on a limited income

I have 3 big dogs and the oldest has major separation anxiety while my youngest has arthritis and these chews were the best find! Everyone is happy, pain free and much calmer! They work so well I bought another bottle and told my co-worker.

I have the calming chews for my puppers! And they work great. My dogs are kind of crazy when it comes to grooming appointments & these have definitely helped! The customer service was great too! Highly recommend for some hyper active dogs that need to chill sometimes lol.
