Medirect claims to be a broker. For the rest, that's all
I had a number of shares with another broker but they decided to withdraw them from their portfolio . So I had to transfert them to another broker or they were to be sold. Medirect is willing to take theme over, confirmes this and even offers to pay the costs for the transfer. I myself prepare all the papers in time for a perfect transfer and give them the mandate after which I can do nothing more and wait for their good work as a professional. However, nothing happens. Althoug I warned them several times . After all, my shares are sold by the other broker at a much too low price (they have nearly doubled in value since then - that's why I wanted to keep them). Medirect had simply sent the file to the wrong email address. And that for a professional broker. After default follows: their answer: "It is not our fault, the people of the wrong email address (are actual broker speeks Dutch and they send them to a French speeking office) should have responded. . The only reaction from the head of the Legal department on our different mails is and I quote “ We deny everything “ . Luckely we have kept all our mails proving that we are right ( a file of more then 100 pages ). Good luck to those who are hesitating between a casino or this broker
