Placed my ordered on 12/15/25 to…

Placed my ordered on 12/15/25 to hopefully get it delivered 12/22/25. I reached out 12/20/25 no answer until 12/222/25(office closed) This morning I received an email stating:
We do apologize for the delay. Due to heavy order volume we have not been able to meet the estimated delivery date for your order;
your order is currently in production and is scheduled to ship out today. Please be on the lookout for a tracking number later in the day.
Instead of rushing my order because 1. You did not notify me that there is a shipment delay. Wtf!! 2. You didn’t think to expedite the shipment because of YOUR delay!!??? You definitely did not delay to take my money! Do better.
I ordered ahead and chose your business because you said estimated delivery will come sooner. The communication between you should’ve happened WAY back when you know your workload is piled up. DO BETTER.

Ordered stethoscope and case from them…

Ordered stethoscope and case from them and was given 12/16 delivery date. Called 12/16 and was told that free shipping items were pushed back and Rob could not confirm that deliver would take place by Christmas. I was fortunate enough to be able to find another gift and able to get it here for Christmas. Customer service was helpful cancelling my order, but seem like they could care less. I get delivery times are estimates and that you push free shipping items back, but to be over a week off is highly misleading. You only offer the free shipping because it is Christmas time so to be told "we can't guarantee it will make it by then", put that in your orders for free shipping.

Daughters BIRTHDAY Present

I got exactly what I wanted for my Favor8 Daughter for her Birthday and even was able to get in her favorite color. Also had the inscription on it was perfect and got a very nice case for it also. Even came to the house in record time. When I called them I got someone that both talked and understood ENGLISH. Thank you all for making her Birthday perfect.

Very good Customer Service

Very good Customer Service.
I ordered something that was estimated to get to my temporary location at a certain date, but in the end it did not. I had to leave the country and had not it been for Mr. Robert Kaiser from the Customer Service dept. I would have probably lost the package.
I was able to recover the package with just a few days delay.
Thank you, Mr. Kaiser. Thank you, Medisave.

Tried to steal my money

Tried to steal my money. Paid for an engraving on stethoscope and it was not engraved. Also ordered unisex scrubs and they sent female ones. Messing up on both items is wildly unprofessional in my book. Requested a refund and had to fight them over it.

Would recommend any other medical supplier than this company.

Addendum: I paid you money. The money was for items and work to be performed on an item. You charged me and did not perform the work on the item. Then you blamed a 3rd party for the error. That isn't even mentioning the other errors with the order as well. I had to send multiple emails to you and you have still not even initiated the refund. This is despite furnishing the evidence and you finally admitting the mistakes made. Charging someone and then not performing the labor paid for is theft.

Joseph, Again we apologize for our error. No one is trying to "steal your money." We have new staff still getting up to speed on these quality control issues. These errors should have been caught before your order shipped. To say that you had to "fight" to receive a refund is also inaccurate. We do request photos to confirm customer claims (which you did supply) and we do request the return of items for which customers would like a refund (a prepaid return label was emailed to you). DO NOT deliver on time.

Were satisfied when ordering on May 1st when the website & email claimed my package would be delivered on May 9th, because the gift was needed on May 17th. SADLY, it arrived on May 20th. DO NOT believe their estimated arrival dates. DO NOT order if timely delivery is required

Richard, we again apologize for the delay. Order volume was extremely high at that time and we were not able to meet the estimated date you were supplied at checkout. These dates are based on standard production and transit. Orders with the free shipping option do get pushed back when order volume is high and the Ground UPS service has no guaranteed time in transit. We are still seeing delays with many ground shipments. We spoke to you on the 13th and we were able to process your order the next day as promised. It appears that UPS took longer than usual to deliver (weekend days are not typically considered transit days for UPS). We are sorry for that additional delay. We of course have no control over transit times once the package leaves our facility. We do encourage customers to contact us directly when they have specific in-hands dates as the shipping options at checkout can be confusing. We will always work to expedite production on orders that have specific requirements.

Ordered on 4/24, still no shipping information. “ETA May 2nd” still no shipping information. Wish I could just cancel the order.

Isabella, I apologize for the delay. The specific Littmann Classic III color combination you ordered was out of stock for some time. I do not see any indication that you contacted us to cancel/change your order. We would certainly have been happy to do either under the circumstances.

Horrible operations

Horrible operations

When I ordered I ordered based on when they could deliver it. So, when I got an ETA of 5/2 I completed my order. Ordered on 4/26 and it didn’t ship until 5/1.

I reached out and they just kept giving me an excuse as to why it took so long. If you’re going to give a delivery date, at least make it within a day if your estimate. Not a whole business week.

Poor experience with them.

Trusted company

After mistakenly trying a different company for a stethoscope and getting a used item/ wrong product in a new box, I decided to look into a reputable company. Littman listed Medisave and I am so glad I used this company. I received my engraved Cardiology lV today and couldn’t be happier. Updates on delivery status were helpful and it arrived quickly. Beautiful colors.

My order never received

My order (delivery) has been delayed multiple times and was told to get in touch with customer service of my order wasn’t received in two days from my original inquiry about the order. I have asked for the item to be cancelled and all the rep could tell me is that it was out for delivery. I have been told it is out for delivery since last Friday-I can see that.

Please, just cancel the order!

Sorry for the delay. We are seeing transit times for Ground shipments take a little longer than typical at the moment. According to UPS, this package was delivered Tuesday, January 21 at 3:20 P.M. I've sent an email with the proof of delivery. Please let me know if you did not receive the package.

Actually deserves zero stars

If there was a zero star rating, that is what I would leave. Ordered a new stethoscope for my wife on Nov 29, and their receipt stated it would be delivered Dec 5. I called Dec 9 and Dec 11 and was told both times that they are behind and would ship the stethoscope that day. On Dec 16th, I attempted to call them because it still hadn't shipped, and now they are not even answering phone calls. I've had to do a charge back on my credit card to resolve this. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my wife, whose stethoscope was stolen and because Medisave has jerked me around for two weeks, I don't know that I can get another one in time for her. Take your money and go somewhere else to get your kit; don't get ripped off like I did (and according to recent reviews, many others have been as well).

Still trying to find out where my order…

Still trying to find out where my order is. Unable to speak to anyone by telephone, chat, or email. I have been trying for one week to reach someone. Every time I try to call them I am the 2nd caller in line, I wait 9 minutes and I get the same message to leave a message. No one has called me back in days. The chat feature is just an email option. To date, no one has returned my many phone calls, chats or emails. I honestly am starting to think this company is not legit. My order was placed on Dec. 6. Also the tracking features do not work. The cancel order feature does not work. The Shop App is useless. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
