I placed an order for one of my favourite treats of all times, and it was quickly shipped. However, the courier caused me some serious problems. Ryan, who helped me, kept me updated as he battled with them to get my order delivered. What makes it extra special is that he made the effort to call me in person and talk to me, not just by email. It's the personal touch which is extra special. 100000% will order again (but will see if we can use a different courier, even if it costs a bit more!)

Despite the busy time of year, our order was shipped immediately and in our doorstep within approx 48 hrs of placing the order - brilliant! The goods were well packaged with a few little treats added during the black friday sales offer.

I’m a regular customer, mainly for excellently priced cava which is often offered at a competitive discounted rate. Very efficient, friendly customer service - a real life human on the phone is so rare these days and very welcome.

Always great! I buy on special occasions but would buy all the time if I could afford to. The food is just perfect, packed so well, timely delivery, good courier. I love them and am so glad that Brexit did not stop them.

They do have less choice but that is the fault of the rules not the company.

So, so good! Great stock of items. I spent over £50 (a little too easily, tbh!) and got free delivery. Was with me within 24 hours as it allowed me to specify a date.

Everything was wrapped up really well and the delivery was a 1 hour slot.
