Limited range of questions(mostly scenario based) and autorenews with no notice
The scenarios are detailed and useful if you're looking for practice of ethical scenarios or roleplay situations. The AI also does ask follow up questions based on what was actually said which I appreciated. However, the website's scenarios overall felt more restricted to scenario based questions and while it appeared to look at different categories such as personal skills, motivation for medicine and NHS hot topics, actually there were very few questions outside of ethical scenarios as of Oct 2026. Ultimately this is why I didn't find it useful and didn't plan on rebuying. Personally I found £30/month also to be quite expensive and other similar services that were either for the same or lower price with better range of questions and that also picked up on issues with structure of answer, etc, though some of the feedback the MedMirror AI gave was still useful. Ultimately, if you're looking for mass practice of scenario based questions it could be useful but otherwise may wish to look elsewhere. Additionally, warning for future users, it does auto renew without a prior email notification even if only bought for 1 month so make sure you check that carefully- while the customer service team was friendly and replied promptly, also suggesting that maybe in future they might expand on the variety of questions(though I don't know if this will actually happen), overall my experience was more negative and disappointing than expected given it is partnered with an interview giant like the Medic Portal and how appealing the website initially seemed.
