bedankt voor je review. Waarschijnlijk gaat dit over de Sivo Mix. Die bewaren wij gekoeld en versturen we ongekoeld. Dat kan tot max 7 dagen als het omstreeks de 25graden is. Dat staat ook bij de info vermeld.

Poor stock management
I have insisted on buying from them a couple of times, but I'm finally giving up.
Their stock management is extremely unorganized and if you happen to buy something that is not in stock, good luck receiving the item - or the refund for that matter.
When you buy something that is not in stock, there's no information on when you're actually going to receive it; they just keep sending emails once a week saying that your order has a new delivery date, which they also don't inform you of.
The worst thing is that on top of that, they hold your entire order, including items that they do have in stock, and then something that was supposed to be delivered in 3-4 days becomes an odyssey of 3-4+ weeks and they never have the brilliant idea of splitting the shipment, unless you get in touch with customer service.
After waiting a month for one single item, I asked for a refund, which they promptly agreed to. However, that was on June 25th, and until today, July 17th, I haven't received my refund.
My most recent bad experience was with order NL-4587915, but similar situations happened with NL-2307558, 6530242, and MP6966601, dating back to 2021. Unfortunately, this shows me they're not really interested in improving their process.

Regarding your most recent order (NL-4587915): we can confirm that the refund was successfully processed on June 25th. If you’re unable to locate the amount on your bank account, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service so we can resolve this for you as soon as possible.
When a product is not in stock at the time of ordering, we send an email with the subject “Nieuwe verzenddatum voor je bestelling” which you also received from us on June 10th. In this message, we explain that we aim to ship your order as completely as possible. You are always welcome to choose to split your order, modify it, or cancel (part of) it for a refund.
We understand it’s frustrating that we cannot guarantee a fixed delivery date for out-of-stock items, but this is due to our reliance on external suppliers. As soon as there's an update to the estimated delivery time, we make sure to inform you promptly.
We take your feedback seriously. Please know that we’re constantly working on improving our processes, and feedback like yours helps us do so.
