The Ecco shoes, as ever, were perfect. Delivery was impossibly fast. Packaging was careful. This is a company which can always be relied upon to deliver!

My boots unfortunately went to the wrong area in error by Royal Mail. Lucy at Meeks contacted Royal Mail and my boots were delivered to me within 24hrs. Excellent customer service.

Excellent service from Meeks - speedy delivery of my orders and even speedier refund for one item that had to be returned. A pleasant surprise to receive such good customer service these days.
