Scammers. When I messaged them for support, they asked for proof of purchase and said they'd look into it. But they knew they'd shut down the service and were just giving me the runaround. I paid for a lifetime license and that lasted a little over two years. Now they just ignore my emails. There is no recourse. Stay away from everything labeled Kyvio. They are not a reputable business.
I bought the Meetvio LTD in April 2021. Kyvio which is a digital marketer who promoted and owned the product has shut down Meetvio and declared end-of-life not even within 2 years. This product is a scam. Don't trust any product sold by Kyvio either. They refused to provide any compensation and coerced Meetvio customer to take the credit to buy their other products as a compensation.
My first webinar with meetvio honest review.
Beware other reviews out there are predominantly
By affiliate marketers.
So my first live webinar ..... a third of the participants were unable to see me.
Several of them reported trying multiple devices and browsers, and they contacted the help desk only to receive a response over a day later!!! Eased the response helpful? Apologetic? No. It basically said next time only use Google chrome...
Never mind I had recording it right?
Well yes I had clicked the option to record the webinar, but no, at the end when I clicked edit video .... I got an error message, no video available.
So what did the support desk say when they replied over 10 hours later?
"Where is the evidence you pressed record, we don't save the settings so you can't prove you pressed record"
SERIOUSLY! the box was still ticked when anyone looked at the history of the webinar!!!
You would think at this point they might maybe at least apologise. Nope no apology, no refund offer. Their attitude ..."take it up with paypal or your credit card provider."
Meetvio claims to be "the ultimate webinar platform", perfect for marketers, automated webinars, people starting out, and those let down by other webinar providers....
It is Definitely not. Even if they iron out their technical issues their customer service is atrocious.
