Had a problem with a light cover and emailed company. Sales department were brilliant. They sent me a replacement free of charge. Excellent customer service.
One of my Megaman TH0106D LED lightbulbs died in my house and I was looking to find a replacement. Found out that (1) the connection is incompatible with any other product on the market (2) Megaman discontinued this product in 2018 (3) they don't provide any compatible alternative product (4) I would have to pay £££'s to get an electrician in to change the whole unit and (5) the customer service team are just about the most rude, argumentative and unhelpful people you can imagine. Please, do not give this company your business.
Just bought Megaman lights and totally spoit after a few hours of usage. Cannot believe it
5 star customer service.
Received LED light within 24 hours.
Would recommend this company to others.

This must be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, think it is run by a load of kids.
I spoke with their sales about a faulty bulb, they said it was covered by their warranty, and that I must email their warranty department and it will be replaced.
Waited over 4 weeks for a reply, to be told that this bulb isnt covered.
I phoned again to put in a complaint, and the young lady that helped couldnt care.
I know it is only a bulb, but you dont keep people waiting that long and then say something different!
I cannot knock the bulbs so far , I installed this brand as I put in a new varilight dimmer switch and according to varilight Megaman and Philips were the best to pair with (also confirmed by Charlie Diy'te YouTube channel. They have been in a couple week and so far no issues. Not flicker or noises but will update as these bulbs depend on longevity.
Megaman GU-10 downlighters, 5W, 345Lm. part number 141724.
I fitted approx 20 of these in new build flat in ceiling downlighters expecting them to last longer than filament light bulbs. They dont. Probably due to designed-in obsolescence the LED bulbs fail after a period the manufacturer determines is just long enough that you have lost the receipt. Within 1 year, at least 5 had failed in normal ( non dimming usage ). Within 2 years most of them had failed. Now replaced with better LED downlighter bulbs. Pay particular attention to the "life expectancy" when you buy a Led bulb, they are definitely NOT all the same. some manufacturers state 10,000hrs, but the better ones are 25,000 hrs or more. Obviously the manufacturers have to spend more money to make them last longer ( It is mainly about how much heat is generated, based on the wattage and how the heat is dissipated via more expensive materials and heatsinks. The common failures are actually in the electronic circuits in the housing. If you buy cheap high power, low designed hours megaman bulbs you will be replacing them very often which is a particular ball ache in high ceilings in halls for example. Save yourself the bother and buy longer-lasting, better brands. With the focus that we all should have on minimising waste and out impact on the planet, it is particularly dissappointing to have to throw plastic led bulbs into landfill as they are quite literally designed to fail after what I consider to be only a short lifetime. Hopefully over time manufacturers will be forced to make longer lasting leds through consumer pressure and not fill up our tips with 'disposable' low life sh*&^. This is my part of that pressure.
So far 5 out of 15 long life led bulbs have failed in our new house within a short time. Dreadful quality. Now saying will take up to 28 days to replace
Full renovation of flat with new electrics and lighting throughout - contractor chose Megaman GU10 LED bulbs. Approx 2 years later the LED downlighters start flickering and failing one by one. I think they are actually lasting less time than previous incandescent light bulbs. Very dissapointed, product that you will soon have to replace with better. I thought LEDs were meant to last a long time ? !
Two-thirds of the Megaman LED bulbs installed failed after less than 7,000 hours use (Megaman claim a life of 25,000 hours). Although I contacted Megaman direct, I did not even receive an acknowledgement.
