I purchased a motorcycle jacket and trousers from the team at Mega Motorcycle Store two weeks ago. Price was the lowest I could find on the web and service was exceptional. Lots of communications especially when trying to exchange one of my items for a larger size. I would happily spend my money here in the future. Thank you.

Purchased a motorcycle leather jacket from here on Wednesday night, it arrived by Friday morning, excellent and fast service, have been struggling to find my size as they have bought the next gen version out of the jacket now but they had every size available and colours. £100 off as well. Would certainly buy from here again.

Just got my TCX boots, it was cheaper than other website, and the delivery is fast! just took like 2-3 days.

Excellent customer service, similar to another review as MMS helped me claim the faulty RST leather trousers against the manufacturer warranty even after 1 year of purchase. They made the process so easy and were very quick upon new dispatch of RST leather trousers. Would highly recommend to all, will use again in the future.

Excellent customer service. Helped me claim the faulty RST motorcycle suit against the manufacturer even after 8 months of purchase. They made the process so easy and reassuring. They even arranged a courier service to collect the faulty suit. As soon as the manufacturer had approved of replacing the items with new one for me, they sent the replacement items immediately. In my experience Both Megamotorcycle store and RST are one of the best retailers and manufacturers and would highly recommend to anyone.

Went in to try on 1 piece suits, not knowing anything about them. Ollie asked my price range, and we had a few test fits. Having found my size we then narrowed down the fit, which varied across brands. Having found none that fit well, we upped the budget and found a really good fit. Ollie was friendly, patient and knowledgeable for what I think was nearly 2 hours! Sadly I didn't make a purchase today, but come pay day I know where my business will go!

Ordered some motorcycle jeans through Amazon, on the day they were due to arrive got an email saying order cancelled, refund 5-7 days, very disappointed 😡

Great range of products and great service.

I made a mistake on my trousers order. There was no fuss, no bother, they just sorted it out and sent the right trousers out.
The trousers fit like a glove, great price and very fast delivery. I cant fault mega motorcycle store and can only highly recommend them.

Ordered a few pieces of gear here, jacket and gloves, the jacket didn't fit and refund was almost instant soon as the return arrived and the new size jacket was with me the next day

Put in an order for some boots that they didn't have in stock, was contacted the next day to be informed and by the end of the morning had a different pair shipped out at no extra charge. Matt was able to find the pair quickly according to my preferences and was very helpful in the process.

Will definitely be coming back here again in the future.

I wanted a pair of waterproof boots and thought I had found them only to have an email from Mega Motorcycle Store saying they weren't in stock. Their email was quick and explained the situation. I asked for a refund and they processed it within 24 hours. In the current situation I think this is exceptional service. The only reason I have given 4 stars is that on the website it said the boots were in stock even though the website said thy were. Mega Motorcycle Store will be a website I will go to look for new gear when I need some.

My situation was slightly different to some people; it was a British Forces Post Office (BFPO) sale, which allows for tax exemption. Tom on the sales team didn't blink an eye; he checked on my status, organised the items and mailed them out to me (full leathers, boots and touring jacket). Without doubt this was an all round excellent service; the admin, communication, prices and the customer interaction. I can recommend Mega, and if you're BFPO do not hesitate!

Ordered some trousers and paid only to be refunded and told the size wasn't available a day later. This literally happened to me 4 times in a row with different products. Don't allow purchases if you don't have the stock.

The Alpinestars boots I ordered were out of stock. But was offered an upgrade to the latest model that cost £50 more !
Great customer services. Will definitely use again.

Bought 2 piece leathers, 3 helmets (!), 2 pairs of gloves. All purchased at the shop so don't know about on-line sales.

We've used this company for a few years now. Never shopped online... only in person in the Swindon shop.
Staff are knowledgeable and helpful and their prices are competitive.
Had reason to return a crash helmet which needed replacement parts to be replaced under waranty. All sorted swiftly and painlessly. Definitely recommend.

Really happy with my bike jacket. After days and days of searching I finally found it and they were the cheapest (by a good £100) that I found on the internet. Ended up buying over the phone really friendly people.

bot an Alpinestars Motegi suit and a pair of boots. Internet dealing this stuff, i had the classic questions of fit and quality. Went right thru to a staff on the phone, who competently helped out. Added boots to my order and the person i talked to (Matt) already knew my order. Ordered suit tuesday night, added boots wednesday, and was riding in my new suit/boots friday (I live in Denmark). thumps up!
