Standard silly reply. I am a pensioner with no passport or driving licence. You quite EASILY take money off me but when it comes to payment you purposely make it very difficult.ii
I have given you my bank details a photo of my bankcard and you still persist in saying it is incorrect information.What more can I do?
If you are not going to give me the money owed I suggest you donate it to charity rather than just pocket it.

In response to the company suggesting that they operate a Randon Number Generator I just wanted to clarify. On a large number of the games they offer, a supposedly "Random" number is shown at the bottom of each spin for each game. The number begins with # and consists of 14 digits, however the last 3 digits of every single spin is the same every single spin (over 200 spins checked and they all endedin 001), that is not random, for example the following spins #85786637092001, #85786586089001, #85786631447001, #85786634701001 id like the company to explain to everyone how this "Random" number generator works. If I dont hear anything from them I will presume it is as I expect, and there is nothing random about it

They asking me a proof of bank statement to investigate the transfer but unfortunately i have think money bank account whichs is generating the bank statement on the 1st day of the month and they can't provide me until the 1st of October which is 3 more weeks!
I was asking them to give me a proof of transfer invoice but they denied!
What am not understand why they need a statement of me i just asking them to investigate where is my money am not asking them to send me again! These is not make sense at the live chat they not transfer my case to the payment team now am stuck ! It's a terrible company who's not willing to help if you got an issue so please avoid them !

Whilst I love the site and want to give it a five star review, I feel a little upset today, so I put in £10 to get free Bingo tickets.
I read the rules and it said winnings from that will go into bonus, so when I had £7 in cash I thought it was from a win from one of those tickets I used money for.
Knowing I have work tonight, I decided to put £13 in to get the £7 out. As It had to be £20 to withdraw. If I had known the £7 was part of the bonus I wouldn't have withdrawn it. As It says that all bonus money would go into the Bonus pot and not cash balance.
So I withdrew it and realised that my bonus wasn't active anymore. I am a little bit annoyed with this as I feel like there should have been some warning, this is part of the bonus, withdrawing it means you are forfeiting the bonus are you sure you want to do it. I then wouldn't have.
The Casino is a good site, with a good amount of games, as I say the lack of 5 stars is I'm a little miffed with that issue and as I say wouldn't have withdrawn it if I had known it was part of the bonus.
