I did not receive the card holder that I ordered and paid for...
Update: Great customer support and help from Mein Tesla Zubehör! I received my order -- it was a DPD mishandling

I immediately checked it for you and I see that DPD has returned the package.
Now I see 2 options:
1) I will still send the cardholder including an extra accessory to compensate for the inconvenience. I would like to send this to a pick-up point so we can be sure it's going well.
2) I will refund you the money.
I will also pass on your feedback to our DPD account manager.
I'd love to hear your choice.

I have contacted the Tesla-Shop for to return the ordered item. It does not fullfill the expections. I did not get any answer about the return procedure.
After the exchange of some e-mails, finally I could get the refund in a very short time, a very responsible team !!! Thank you :-)
