Good afternoon, I initially want to warn all users to be very careful before choosing a betting site, because these sites are a fraud, a fraud, a fraud. On November 4th I created an account on Melbet, on November 6th I placed a bet, and since then I have been facing an intense battle to recover my funds. I spoke with more than 10 operators, and none of them know how to solve my problem. The information I always receive is to wait 2 hours and I will be notified, but this notification never happens. I tried several other addresses and nothing, nothing, nothing. They all tell me to wait, but they themselves deactivated my withdrawal methods. To me, this means fraud, fraud, and more fraud. MelBet Refuses to Provide My Transaction History
After depositing many thousands of euros over several months, I requested from MelBet a complete review of my account activity - including deposits, wagers, and bonuses - to better understand how my loyalty rewards were being calculated.
Shockingly, their response was:
“Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with any specific data for security reasons.”
That means they refused to show me MY OWN transaction history. Any legitimate, licensed betting operator should be able to provide this information instantly - it’s the most basic form of transparency.
Instead, MelBet hides behind vague “security” excuses and provides no way for players to verify what they’ve actually spent or received. This is not how a trustworthy platform operates.
If a company can’t even show you your own account data, you should seriously question what’s happening behind the scenes.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE - there are many many better options available.
