To say drama is to say nothing.
The worst company I have ever had contact with. For several weeks we have been trying to contact about a complaint about a purchased product, which has failed us yet again. No response to emails, after calling the "hot line" number on the sticker attached to the coffee machine, a recorded automatic message starts, which tells us to fill out a form and then ends the call. However, we have never received a response to any form. We are extremely disappointed. We will never buy any Melitta product again. Our coffee machine is still under warranty, which we cannot use!!!!! With such a large company, such neglect of the customer is unacceptable. We will discourage anyone from buying Melitta products. We could have stayed with our previous coffee machine from a competing company, we regret the decision to buy a Mellita coffee machine.

I order a product online AVOID
I order a product online, I used it for 1 day, I realised the product wasn't for me and didn't meet satisfactory standards which I told them about in a email, when I asked how can I return it their response is you can't.
There customer service is very rude and abrupt. I wish I saw this trustpilot rating of them before buying.
I will not by another product from this company again and I advise everyone else to avoid.
