slow dispatch times and lack of communication
I absolutely love the Mellows brand and the quality of their products — which makes this review disappointing to write.
I placed an order on 8 January and it didn’t arrive until 13 February, which is far longer than expected. Communication throughout the process was poor, with very limited updates regarding dispatch or delays.
What was most frustrating is that I paid $15 for express shipping, yet the order still took over a month to arrive. For express postage, I would expect significantly faster dispatch and delivery.
I gave the brand the benefit of the doubt and placed another order, hoping the first experience was just a once-off. Unfortunately, I was left completely disappointed again.
I genuinely love the brand, but the slow dispatch times and lack of communication really need improvement. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I would love to continue supporting Mellows with more confidence in their service.
