I recently bought a nail dust collector and after about a month or so and my on/off button stopped working. I reached out to the melodysusie team and they were the best at helping me resolve the issue quickly with sending me a replacement!

They go over an above! And they are quick with response and fixing any issue!

I chose to try them out after reading excellent reviews about their product quality and their buy 6 polishes get 6 free sale.
I'm very impressed with the quality, selection and prices of Melody Susie products. They offer great prices with their sales and bundles too.

It did take a while to recieve my order, and I did find it challenging to deal with their service department after they made a shipping mistake, but all-in-all the company is impressive. They are also very innovative. I can't wait to see what they come up with next.

I don't anticipate having any shipping problems going forward so I'm sold on the brand and will definitely buy from them again.

If I have more issues dealing with their service team again I might reconsider. But I think they mean to do a great job. I understand things go wrong sometimes. I just wish they wouldn't have behaved so defensively. The error was on their side and they made me jump through hoops to prove it to them before they were willing to acknowledge their mistake and make good on it. The situation took much too much time, effort and emotion to deal with compared to other companies I buy from.

One thing that was very surprising to me was being told their needs were more important than mine. After dealing with the issues I was having I asked to speak with someone versus going back and forth via email. I'm older and don't see well. I also have arthritis in my hands and it is painful to have to type back and forth. I really wanted to speak with someone to solve my issue. They refused stating it is more important to them to deal in writing so they can more easily document my situation. They could have documented our conversation themselves after our call.

Normally I would have given up on them because of this, but I really like their products, selection and prices so I endured through it. It wasn't an attitude I've ever seen before from a company I spend my hard earned money with.

I guess you can tell it was really hard for me to get my problem solved and a brief conversation with me would have really made them first class. Now I have a bit of a sour feeling about their customer service approach.

This is why I didn't give them five stars in my review.

Worst customer service, they asked you to buy the return label by yourself

I reached out to them concerning my drill, because it was malfunctioning a bit, and with just a couple very quick emails my issue was resolved and I was able to get my issue fixed. I cannot recommend MelodySusie enough!!! Amazing customer service hands down!

Great customer service, handle my issue in a timely manner. I reached out because my rechargeable lamp had a shortage and was no longer working properly, with a few short emails, my lamp was sent out and received two days later.

Requested cancelation within 24 hours (closer to 12 hours really) and before they ship the order, which is the company’s cancelation policy per the website. They refused to cancel it. I requested the cancelation because of an allergy.

Very positive experience with the support team.

Outstanding customer service. Fast response. I had a problem with a unit I emailed for the warranty they responded less than 24 hours, and had a new one sent to me before 1 weeks time. Fast shipping

Outstanding unparalleled customer service! I made a stupid mistake on my order (wrong address) and did not catch the mistake until it was too late (already shipped). One email to the MelodySusie Care Team, and they not only replied within hours but had rectified MY order mistake (sent me the products again). Wonderful customer service! I had contact them regarding my lamp that had a plug malfunction, they had sent a replacement right away in a timely manner. I have never had such amazing customer service!

The hand piece lock/unlock clicker to my drill stop turning after only having it a few weeks and Customer Service acted super fast. I reached out and within 2 days I had my new hand piece. I'm very grateful for such a fast turnaround with my issues. Thanks!

I got the MB420G and I’m obsessed 😍 It’s sooo pretty (black, sleek, with a clip and kickstand!), super lightweight, and feels high quality. I did a ton of research on a few drills and kept coming back to this one — definitely the right choice! There are so many drill bits, and they works well. Plus, customer service was amazing when I had a shipping issue — they handled it fast so I received it within a week. They were so kind. It comes with a 1 year warranty 🤞Highly recommend 💅

MelodySusue has excellent customer service! Once they realized the missing package had finally arrived from Customs, I offered to send the package back, but Customer service gifted me the entire order for the trouble I had gone through.

I'm going to leave my original review below and change my star rating to a 4 from a 1, ONLY because of what I had to go through to get here. Apparently my products were being held by customs, for no apparent reason. Customer service figured out who had the right of way, my products were replaced and recieved within a week. Customer service was courteous and worked fast, and per our agreement, I am updating my review of my experience. I would work with them again, and I love the products they sell. Thank you for correcting the issue as promptly as possible.

I ordered my products on May 28th, and I have yet to receive them, and I cannot reach a single human to speak with. I can track my order and see it is stuck in KY, but I can't find a person to speak with. I'll never do business with them again. My first order was fine, got here on time, so I placed another order same day. There goes their 7-10 day business delivery. I personally think they should compensate me, which is probably WHY no one can be reached, so they cannot be held accountable.

Excellent product and service. I have been using the hand drill machine for couple of years now and love it. It’s quiet and super smooth. Had some questions which were answered promptly by customer service. Highly recommended!!!!
