It was super easy to order and as I live in UAE, I was worried about delivery. Post doesn’t always reach us however, I was anxiously waiting and within 10 days, it was on my doorstep. Couldn’t fault MS, even emailed to check I had received my parcel. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

My handpiece on my scarlet ms drill started making an awful metallic noise every time I got above 10 rpms. I contacted the customer service team and they promptly reviewed the issue video I had sent. They sent out a replacement a few days later and it works perfectly. They were very kind and more responsive than any customer service team I’ve ever dealt with!

If only this kind of customer service was standard everywhere else as well

My order came in several shipments and one was a little late. When I contacted customer service they gave me all of the info I needed including tracking number along with date it would be here. And it was here 3 days later. They also kept in touch with me every day to see if it came it. They seemed to be very caring about me being satisfied with my order.

I did buy the dust air filter from them awhile ago thought it's a nice product.I have a nail drill by Kupa,I wanted an extra one. I'm so glad I bought this drill. It's powerful, quiet and attractive. The only thing I wish I'd that it had a stand.It had a clip but a stand would be great. Still happy wroth it though.

Excellent customer service. My hand piece burned out after using it for a few months. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement right away for free! I just had to pay for shipping. They made everything so quick and easy!

My Scarlet has been such a terrific addition to my nail studio...it looks great, works incredibly well and is so reasonably priced.

First time ordering here! Wanted to surprise my wife with a nail dust collector. I accidentally ordered the white, realizing later I should've ordered the pink (just know my wife would prefer). I emailed customer service maybe ten minutes after the order was placed. Within another twenty minutes, they emailed me back notifying me that the order has been updated to the pink. Fast friendly service is so hard to come by these days, but I found it at MelodySusie... ill definitely be doing more business with them!!!

I have been using my dust collector/drill for like about 9 months and i really love it. I ahd to look for something way to keep working on this cause after covid i got many allergies including dust and someone on tik tok recommended this brand and i love it!! I algo got the bits wich are a 100% yes too.
Sadly for some reason my pen drill stoped working 2 but both times melody susie team help me really quick and i got the pen in like about 2 days.
Im very happy with my experience and since accidents happen all the time but they find the way to fix it really quick i for sure will recommend this brand to anyone who’s looking for any of the items i bought.

I’ve purchased a nail drill previously which is brilliant. I’ve just purchased a nail dust collector which has just arrived and is fab. I have to say not only are their products great but so is their customer service. I ordered the nail dust collector in white but they contacted me to say they were waiting on stock and I could either wait or have the pink sent out straightaway - the pink was slightly more but I opted for that. They are so kind and very quick to respond and super helpful. Melody Susie will continue to be my go to for products but also because of their customer service

I received my nail drill with a dent and scratches on the screen. I sent them email with pictures and they answered right away. Sent me a new drill. Their customer service was awesome
