The most expensive hotel stay
Good afternoon,
Last night, Monday 25th August, must be classified as the most expensive absolute worst sleep I've had in a long time.
I totally understand our duty to be sustainable, to reuse, and be minimalist but this is just not right.
£150 per night is laughable, for the matress in room 5 which has allowed me no more than 4 hours sleep - offers no stability and support, no comfort, lumpy, old and dilapidating.
The bed frame is needing replacement, something out of the 80's style, and restricts usage to shorter people.
The duvet cover is old, dated and scratchy combined with the decor in the room, is quite unwelcoming.
And that beeping, that damn beeping all night long, piercing every sound, including the rain.
The photos used on your website and other web pages and social media should be carefully reviewed and updated, as this establishment is a former picture of those pictures taken in the past.
The pub/restaurant requires a deep clean, in fact during both lunch and dinner service I did not see one single table being wiped down.
I urge you to do some market research, to really understand what is available out there for the same price.
This Inn is disappointing clients, read the reviews and do something about it.
I'm sure a stress free, comfortable sleep should restore me.
Good luck.
