We had a bizarre issue where we weren't receiving emails from MemberSpace sent to one specific email address but we were getting them fine on other addresses within the tenant. I logged a ticket with their support team and was dealing with Jen Sommers. Jen was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and our problem was resolved within 24 hours of raising it. The communication was great from start to finish and I can't fault their services at all. Thank you Jen!

Memberspace has been integrated with my website and have been amazing. A great platform if you wish to incorporate a membership programme. I am using sqaurespace. Customer support is amazing and replies are very fast and helpful.

I absolutely love Memberspace. It's ability to integrate with many different CMS' makes it a flexible system to work with. The videos in each section walk you step by step through setup, and are tailored directly to your CMS. The simplicity of use does not take away from the features that are provided. It makes the scalability of your website simple to manage.

Switching from a donation-based model to a subscription-based model was a scary shift for me to take. But Memberspace empowered me to add it onto my website myself and it was the best change for my growing online private yoga library! Having a third-party be essentially my manager for me has been SO seamless. One time, I ended up having a problem with my website domain itself - and not knowing what the problem was, I had a super interactive back and forth with support at Memberspace doing everything in their power to help me. Their support team is incredibly responsive and will explain everything in layman's terms for you. I can't believe that as my memberships continue to compile, I only pay Memberspace $25/month to essentially sustain my entire business model. Do NOT hesitate on employing them for a subscription-based platform!!

The platform is super easy to implement and customized. I would say that Memberspace is way better than Memberstack! The customer support from Memberspace is out of this world. They are amazing!

I've been using Memberspace for my membership site for over a year and they continue to impress me with their product and their customer service. Memberspace is really easy to use and super flexible, it works with any idea I can come up with. Plus, anytime I'm even slightly stuck, I just reach out to their customer service team and I get an answer really fast (and without waiting on hold forever...it's all done by email and chat).
