My sister suddenly passed away and we needed an urn for her. I found Memorials.com on line and quickly found what I felt was the perfect urn, but I needed it quickly. Memorials.com not only got my sister's urn to us faster than I thought they could, but it was better than the picture online. This urn is well made and very well priced. The Memorials.com staff was awesome to work with.

I purchased 3 different items on 2 different orders and the quality on all was exceptional. I liked the fact that the website states up front that if you order multiple items that they may ship from different warehouses and this was the case for my first order. Delivery was fast.

I love the fact that the items are of great quality and for a fair price. It’s hard enough dealing with the loss of someone, but selecting something unique for them is tough. The good news is that there are so many options that whatever you’re searching for, you’ll find it.

I have always found Memorials.com to have the most beautiful urns and to be very helpful in giving advice on the selections I have made. They are one of the best sites for these kinds of things and, as Office Administrator at my church, I use them a lot.

I have ordered several of the same wooden boxes from memorials.com for my beloved dogs’ ashes. They are excellent quality; the bottom screws on securely and the engraved brass plaques have been perfect. Customer service with this company is excellent—they have all arrived quickly (in fact, each time I have received the box before I received my pet’s ashes) and securely packed for shipment. Although I wanted only plain wooden boxes, they have a large selection of boxes and urns in a multitude of styles and sizes. I won’t use anyone else for my future needs because they’re so wonderful to do business with.

We ordered a green marbled urn and it was so beautiful. The etched mountain scene and lettering were perfect. We received so many wonderful comments from guests at the memorial service about the urn and where we bought it. The urn was heavy and packed well for shipping. I highly recommend ordering your precious memorials from this company. We could not be happier with our purchase.

I have used Memorials.com twice during very difficult times. They were very helpful, understanding and provided the perfect urns for my cats. Their prices are reasonable, with many options available. Shipping was prompt and packaging excellent.

I first found Memorials.com in 2016 when my brother passed. I ordered a handsome urn with a soaring eagle on it. His wife loves having it near. The next thing I ordered were the miniature urns. They are a 3 inch replica of a large urn. I received 6 and so everyone in the family has one.Each time I ordered I spoke to a very polite person. So fast forward to 2020 and my mom passed. Again I ordered 6 mini urns. But the best purchase was 4 beautiful necklaces that hold a small amount of my Mama's ashes. So she goes with her sister,my sister, niece and me on excellent adventures!

We ordered plain boxes and the wood is lovely. My husband is awesome at wood carving so he is going to carve a deer on his and I am a squirrel person so he is going to put squirrels on mine.

My husband was an aviation mechanic and loved anything to do with aviation. So I knew it had to be aviation related when it came to his urn. You had the perfect one made from an old airplane part, my husband would have loved it.

My Mother passed recently and trying to navigate thru the process of funeral planning and to honor her wishes has been tough. The folks here made everything easy and the price and the beautiful product they delivered was amazing! Don’t fall for the outrageous prices they charge at the funeral home. I ordered a bronze marker with a vase and the granite. They let you choose the colors and style you want, and are very upfront about everything. You can call them or message and they are prompt in addressing any concerns or needs you may have. My Mother’s marker arrived and was installed and it is absolutely gorgeous. I would highly recommend Memorials.com, to anyone!!! You won’t regret it.

I recently lost my son unexpectedly. I needed an urn. I went on memorials.com and found the perfect one. I also ordered a name plate for his urn. Both items were received quickly and packaged with care. When I opened the boxes the urn was beautiful and exactly as described. My son’s nameplate was also excellent quality and engraved perfectly. My experience with memorials.com was excellent.

To honor our mother’s wish for an Italian-made urn to reflect her Southern Italian family ancestry, my brother and I began searching for an urn she would like. We contacted Italian churches and cathedrals and urn suppliers across the United States. None carried urns made in Italy. At the same time, we contacted funeral homes and marble carvers across Italy. Surprisingly, again nothing. Finally, we were happy and relieved to see Memorials.com website come up during our internet search. Hoping we would find something we thought Mom would like, we looked at all the Italian-made urns on the website.

Debbie and Sheila were courteous, understanding, patient and helpful as we continued to ask questions about the urns, the Italian artist and location of her studio. We could not have asked for anything more from either Debbie or Sheila. They always had time for our phone calls and emails.

Finding the urn in Naples adds to the comfort.  Mom’s and Dad’s families are from Paterno Calabro, Calabria; making Naples a most appropriate location from which to find an urn.  Our sincere thanks to Ms. Lubrano for a perfectly beautiful urn. Mom would love it; beautifully simple and unassuming. I like to think the painted design resembles the painted decorations on a Roman temple entablature.

They have a great selection of bronze grave marker designs to choose from. Found the perfect one for my father. The process was fairly easy to navigate and the price was much more reasonable than the cemetery or funeral home. Great communication from the staff whenever I had a question about my order. I started the process in Dec 2019 and the final product was delivered to the cemetery in Feb 2020. Part of the delay was on the part of the cemetery so I cannot fault Memorials.com for that. The end product was beautiful. I wanted to say thank you to the staff! Great communication! Great product! Love the selections! Thank You!

Just a few days ago, I had the chance to see my Mom's grave marker "in person" for the first time. It's simply beautiful, and reflects her sparkling and unique personality very well. I would highly recommend Memorials.com to anyone looking to pay a reasonable price for a top-notch product. I purchased the infinity Hawaiian bronze and granite flat grave marker, and upgraded to a beautiful teal bronze patina, the blue pearl granite, and the golden vase. Worth every penny, and more! Customer service was professional, kind, patient, and caring. I had to make all the decisions on my own; I was overwhelmed with all the paperwork I had already plowed through.
This was my chance to creatively give my Mom a lasting memorial. I know she would be proud of me for getting such a quality product at a great price. I don't even think local vendors would be able to offer all the options that Memorials.com had to offer.
First, I called Park Lawn (Green Lawn) funeral home to verify their regulations for the area in which my Mom's plot is located, then I verified their price for placement of the finished product. It had to be a flat grave marker, and could be either just bronze, or bronze on granite; I also verified the dimensions with the funeral home. I had the chance to see a mark-up before I made the final order, and made some changes at that time, and then it took a few months to see the finished product.
I wasn't a perfect daughter or POA for my mother's estate (I did the best I could), but I know I made a terrific choice by going with Memorials.com for her grave marker. It was such a comfort for me to see her marker at her final resting place; I know she is resting in peace now. I wish I could post a picture; I don't see that option here.

I found a Great Company online a few months back that has helped me through a Rough Year! Memorials.com. It’s always difficult to let friends and family know you care and are there if they need anything when a loved one passes away. My wife’s grandmother passed away and with a large family of 7 kids the right way to handle her ashes was difficult. We came a crossed Memorials.com and the small Cremation jewelry charms that hold ashes and the Cremation key chain charms were perfect. They were able to be engraved so that each of her children could have a personalized keepsake from mom. Perfect! Delivered Fast! And Reasonably Priced!

The Urn I ordered for my husband arrived today and it is perfect. The care with which it was packed would never allow for damage or a crack.

I received stellar support from Debbie in customer service. The item we originally ordered was delayed through no fault of theirs. Eventually we knew that we needed to make another choice. Debbie found one that was almost identical in the factory and sent me a picture. She was always patient and kind with my inquiries during this difficult time.
