The mattress was delivered by the courier in the alloted time slot,
whilst the mattress itself is all i expected it to be and i am very happy
to recommend them.

This is about the 4th order we have placed with the company now (as well as recommending to others) and they performed to their consistently high standard. Delivery was delayed to the exact day we requested. Product excellent and price even better. I can't recommend highly enough.

I suffer from arthritis in my hip and have found this mattress a blessing. I do use it in combination with a very soft mattress topper and find this is excellent for my condition. Find I don't want to get up now!

We bought a Visco 500 King size Mattress and it has exceeded our expectations. It offers the right support for us, so we'd recommend this over other suppliers. And all at a very reasonable price!

I bought a mattress from memory-mattress.co.uk after a lot of research on price/rating. The mattress and pillows are the most comfortable thing I've ever slept on. The service was superb and price too. If ever I buy another mattress, it will be from there. Perfect!!

After much research, i ordered my first Memory Mattress from Mark & Amanda some years ago followed up a couple of years later buying two more. They are still going strong & I needed to replace an old standard mattress so this was the only place to buy from. The quality of the design of new mattress was even better than before so.......i just thought, ah well, lets just replace the last standard mattress too so ive now ordered my 5th mattress.....
The deal is to include two memory pillows & 20% off the total so who could ask for more. The quality, customer service & speed of delivery is second to none so if you buy from here, i have no doubt that you will be a regualr customer in the future, Enjoy! x

This is the fourth mattress we have bought from Memory Mattress and in the past we have been very happy with the quality of the product and the service. However, this time I was disappointed with the quality of the mattress cover as it was clearly of a cheaper make than in the past. I contacted Mark and Amanda and told them I was unhappy with it. They explained that the quality of the mattress covers does vary with discounts. However, we have actually bought discounted mattresses from them in the past and have never had this problem. What I don't like about this response is that it suggests that it is okay to vary the quality of the product even though I thought I was buying the same thing.(I always choose the same model.) I personally don't feel that is okay at all and have told them so. I will shop around next time.

Excellent mattress. Bought a double previously and daughter loved it, so bought a single. There was a bit of a wait as it was a busy period, however I was notified of the wait when I requested a delivery estimate. Following this I was given detailed delivery day and text exact time it would be delivered within 1 hour slot, so couldn't fault courier service used. Mattress came rolled up so easy to get upstairs.

Good customer service as was also sent free pillow because of the wait.

Firstly customer service is excellent, I wish all companies were run in a similar fashion! On the website, delivery said to allow circa 7 days. I contacted the company asking if it would be possible to deliver in 2 days. They checked, and came back to me in the space of like an hour confirming it would be delivered in 2 days, no porblem.

Product is great (evolution double mattress). I bought during the offer and also received the memory foam pillows. - All in all greaty value for money.

No issues with delivery and mattress came rolled up so didnt have any issues getting it through to the bedroom.

When I ordered my mattress, the website advised that it would be available in 7 -14 days which was fine as I wasn't in any hurry to receive it. I was really surprised when Mark contacted me the following day to say that the mattress had come back in stock earlier than expected and would be delivered the next day.

I came home from work the next day to find that the mattress had been left exactly where I'd specified (due to working I knew I wouldn't be home to accept the delivery). The mattress was well packaged and easy to get upstairs.

The mattress is of excellent quality and exactly as described on the website. The medium firm rating is an accurate description of firmness and having back problems I find that it provides brilliant support. I tend to get quite hot at night but this mattress does not make me feel too warm and I get an excellent nights sleep. When I purchased this mattress, there was an offer of 20% off and two free pillows so it was excellent value for money.

My experience of this company has been brilliant and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. Thank you!!! 😄

As someone suffering from poor sleep hygiene, I heard these glasses would help as they filter out the melatonin inhibiting blue light. Doing a quick Google search brought up loads of results consisting mostly of glasses costing upwards of £60 and I was happy to come across Memory Mattress who were only charging £25 for the same thing. I ordered and the glasses arrived within 2 working days and they are good quality. I find the glasses very useful and use them if needing to use an LCD screen after 9pm. Its still early days as it takes a while for the body to adjust to changes in bedtime routine but so far the results are encouraging.

Love the mattress its brilliant .Would have given 5 stars but no one rang with a delivery time despite me providing my phone no. This may be because I gave landline no. but the request was not specific .

Bought the evolution mattress for my parents and they love it.. Don't want to get up in a morning lol. Excellent service and speedy delivery to say it was over the Christmas period. I have one myself and wouldn't hesitate to get another from mark. I would never go back to a normal one again.
