A king size mattress measures 150x200cm +/- 2cm tolerance. After unrolling, and once the mattress has been given up to 48 hours to fully return to size, please contact us if you have any concerns. Kind Regards MFW Customer Service

£50 is the contribution to delivery and collection costs for a 200-night exchange as shown on our website. The additional £70 is the quote you requested. As explained this is rather expensive as it is a 2-man delivery service for collection then return to our factory. Another option is to arrange a local man/van to collect and return the unrolled mattress bagged to our factory.

Comfortable to use, but a pain that you have to adjust it every morning, simply because it doesn't have a way to secure it to the mattress.

Comparable to other mattresses twice the price!
When I emailed with a question a member of staff immediately helpfully responded. Good customer relations.
The mattress seems, so far, as good as our last one at almost one third of the price.
