I had ordered my first batch of USB's last year and have been ordering from them ever since. The turned me on to a style of USB that not many others have at tradeshows. I will not revel what it is but they have a virtual cornucopia of types. The clarity of the logo imprinted on our USB make them really stand out. And you can look, because I have tried, but you can't beat their prices.

I had to order a product with very little lead time and Danielle was incredibly helpful in making it happen for me, and getting the USBs to me with time to spare. The final product was of great quality, and the service impeccable. I would recommend the company and their products to anyone.

Our school logo was used to create a 3D figure with an 8G flash drive - and they are a hit with the staff (annual back to school/welcome presents), and the students are all envious! Thanks for a great product!!

I recently received my order in the mail and I am happy with the product. During the design period, Alex was very helpful and responded to my emails in a very reasonable amount of time. The main reason I'm rating 4 stars instead of 5 is that there was some lack of communication after my order was placed and paid for. I was told that I would receive my order by the end of the week, but it never showed up in that time frame. After waiting another few days, I contacted memory suppliers to check in on my order status. I was told that there was a back order on the product I had ordered, and it would probably take another week or so before it would ship. I wasn't in a terrible rush to get my order, but I would have appreciated a phone call or email regarding the back order issue.

I have ordered the same product a few time now, and both times Danielle was super nice and had everything ready for me to order.

Memory Suppliers has been producing our custom usb thumbdrives for about a year now. They offer consistently high quality at reasonable prices.

Quick, had kept our logo on file so all I had to do was send an e-mail saying what I wanted and had what I needed within two weeks.

They were very patient with me which is a must. They were quick in getting my order done I was expecting a huge gap of time but they were very quick. They were very responsive so if I had questions they were quick to respond and I love that.

The customer service I received was very timely and my product arrived quicker than promised. Very pleased.

I like the way the drives turned out. They look great. Of the 9 that I have used I had 1 that was defective - thats 11% so far. I hope that this is not a sign of things to come. I paid 5.43 a drive for printing on both sides for a 2G drive. I think I could do better on the price but not sure. The guy I worked with Alex was really nice as well as patience with me in placing my order, and has continued to be responsive to my emails. No complaints there.

I have used other companies in the past but none as nice to work with as this one.

We've been buying from Memory Suppliers for at least 4 years now. Fast, friendly service, and very quick turnaround. Even though we don't buy a large volume of product, they still treat us like big shots!
