Great trip, very comfortable, with nice people. I felt safe all the time. Especially thanks to Menna Sayed, Ibrahim Sherbiny and Mohamed Elomy, who made the experience even better with their professionalism and kind attendance. Totally recommend Memphis tours! Travel Egypt, beautiful country, amazing history, you won’t regret it.

Memphis Tour was excellent in my trip. They did a very good tour, we had a car and a driver all the time with us and all places we got a guide. The places were very good and in the best location in each city. The assistance was amazing for the first contact to the last, when we came back home.

My total experience was epic!!! Looking forward to the next trip. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I wouldn’t want to travel any other way.

My experience with the Memphis tour was very good. The guide Michael Youssef did an excellent job, very committed to what he explained and showed. Noteworthy. Also the driver of the tours, Bassam, very expert in handling the vehicular chaos of the city. The company fulfilled all the description of the itinerary and accompanied at all times. I only suggest thinking that the hotel is not so far from the city of Cairo, as was the one in which I was accommodated.

Very responsible company, well planned, everything was on time, from the activities, the guides and the drivers. Thanks to our guide Moises and our driver but I must mention my gratitude to Mrs. Fatima who was the one who processed my tour package, she helped me a lot, she was very professional and pleasant.

Out of all of the tour operators that I queried, Fady at Memphis Tours was the most responsive and gave me a tour that didn’t look like something I could generate with AI software. Once we booked, we had some hiccups and Fady was gracious and flexible with our group. I would recommend Fady and Memphis Tours without reservation.

Our Cairo Tour Egyptologist was Ramy: Knowledgeable, respectful and patient.

We went to Aswan and Luxor where we met our Tour Egyptologist MOHAMED SAADI: AMAZING does not describe this guy enough! 🤯 And if you are a spiritual human THIS IS YOUR GUY! 🫶🏽. I will forever be grateful I met Mohamed.

I’ve taken 2 trips designed by Fatima, one to Egypt to see the pyramids and a Nile cruise and one to Tanzania for a safari. Both trips were absolutely amazing! Fatima was patient with all the requests and edits I required and the pricing for both private trips were amazing. I highly recommend Memphis Tours for creating a memorable vacation!

Experience was great because of the type of service given always available when questions arose, plus delivering what promised and then some. Set us up with a very good and knowledgeable tour guide who was with us whole trip, comfortable van ride. Although I started my communication with a Memphis employee that left company before my trip started but gave me great support, nothing was lost after, since person who took over also was just as good

It was a wonderfully coordinated 3 weeks tour to Türkiye, Greece, and Egypt, professionally done by our tour consultant, Mina Ramsies. Me and my wife have been treated very well and all the guides in each country were equally helpful. Thank you again Mina for your excellent service!

Booking our 10 day Turkiye Tour with Memphis was an easy and enjoyable experience plus the ease of payment by funds transfer was excellent. Ms. Alaa proved an efficient and reliable agent, rapidly responding to all queries.
Our tour guides in Turkey were also excellent with their promptness, reliability and profound knowledge, namely Ms. Sila, Ms. Elife and Ms. Irgen. All our accommodation was excellent.

We have booked trips to Dubai and Egypt and recently to Greece with Mina Ramsies and he was been great to work with. He provides us with a detailed itinerary and also customizes it to cater to our interests. I will continue to book our trips with him. Thank you Mina!

Our tour consultant, Donya Mohamed Hassan, has been absolutely amazing. This is our 3rd organized trip with her and Memphis, and we could not be more pleased with the services she/they have provided us. She really cares about our experience and feedback. We highly recommend her and Memphis Tours.

One of the best trips I did in my life Mina Ramses was our tour agent he worked with me from A to z and he was very friendly and helpful our hotels were excellent our transportation was great all in all we had a great time thank you Mina and thank you Memphis

Ms Alaa of Memphis Tours is truly professional who catered to our every need. She customized everything as per our requirements and arranged tour companies in Turkey and Greece. What we like most about Memphis Tours and Ms Alaa in particular is prompt communication and very quick response. Hotels chosen were excellent, good breakfast everywhere and very limited group, sometimes just two of us. Hotel, airport and ferry transfers were very well arranged with a personal touch.

We were looking for an agency to plan a 7 day trip to Greece. Menna was very helpful during the planning, answering all our detailed questions. The trip resulted very successful, a minor communication issue with the local representative in Athens was amazingly fast solved by Menna, which we couldn't be more appreciative for. Overall very good schedule, nice hotel selection.

The trip was great overall. There were a few things Memphis Tours or guides could do better.

1. At The Valley of the Kings, we wanted access to Tutankhamum's tomb with additional fee. The guide said the register at the box office was out of order and couldn't process our payment (we didn't have enough cash, so we wanted to use our credit cards). My travel partner really wanted to see it. I wish we were given a choice to buy tickets ahead of time. It was very disappointing.

2. On night 3, the cruise had a rooftop party after dinner. Other guests (all Italians) must have been informed about the party ahead of time, so they all dressed up in the traditional Egyptian outfits. We were the only non-Italian on the cruise and didn't know about the party. The guide casually told us about the party at dinner right before the party. If we knew it, we could have dressed accordingly too. The party itself was a lot of fun, but we needed to be informed ahead of time. We felt left out.

3. We understood the importance of tipping. I am an American and am used to the custom. It was not necessary for the guides to tell us to tip every time we got out of the car. We've tipped generously throughout the trip but felt annoyed to be reminded every single time. Some guides told us how much to tip and in what currency. Being an American, it was odd and was excessive for this subject.

Having said above, we enjoyed our tip tremendously. The sales rep Nouran was exceptional. This was our second trip with her, and we were quite satisfied. She was responsive and professional. She answered all of our questions in a timely fashion. Our favorite guide was Nasr in Cairo. He spoke excellent English and was quite knowledgeable. He followed up with us to make sure our trip was smooth and comfortable. We truly appreciate the arrangements and hospitality.
