My Dubai trip was wonderful, we told Yosri from Memphis Tours what we wanted and he delivered. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave us great details about the culture and the country. We had a full itinerary for the time we spent in Dubai and each experience was unique. We enjoyed Dinner in the Sky. Overall I was very pleased and impressed with the level of service that we received. Dubai is a beautiful place and a mist see. I would love to visit there again.

Fatima, the rep from Memphis Tours, organised my Tunisia trip at short notice and gave me an all inclusive package at such a great price that I couldn't refuse! I had a fantastic time there and my guide Hammadi and driver Aymen were brilliant. Tunisia is a beautiful country with lovely Roman architecture and so much history and the locals were friendly. Would love to return!

Our 12 days in Egypt and the United Arab Emirates was organized by Memphis Tours. We had excellent hotels, excursions, tour leaders and a marvelous Nile River cruise. Memphis Tours organized amazing, fun, and educational tours and accommodations. Working with them was smooth from our initial contact to our entire time in Egypt and the UAE.

Had engaged the services of Memphis Tours for a family trip to Egypt a couple of years ago. All went well. This time around we explored Turkey. Fatima at Memphis Tours could not have been more helpful, attending to all inquires in a timely, friendly manner. The trip itself was flawless. Our guides in Istanbul (Ahmet) and Cappdocia (Mehmet) were personable and informative. Would highly recommend.

Memorable tour of Greece: We traveled to Greece in Octobe 2023. From receiving us at the airport to seeing us off, everything went smoothly, as per our expectations.

Fatima, was our personal travel consultant. She is an incredibly reliable, patient, educated, hardworking & trustworthy person to plan an adventure with.
We worked on creating this trip with her from Canada over a 2-year period (as COVID kept delaying it). Despite the time difference Fatima always responded in a very kind & timely matter. Answered every single question or concern (no matter how big or small).

Our original 3rd country was to go to Israel - Not Turkey, as everything was planned around Israel. Unfortunately, while we were in Egypt the terrorism act occurred in Israel, and all plans including flight home was cancelled.
We quickly consulted with Fatima, and came up with a plan to go to Turkey, after our visit in Jordan. She planned & organized everything within 24hrs. Everything went so smoothly that you would think this was planned all along.

During our 3-week journey the itinerary went exactly as planned plus more. Transportation, Tour Guides /Managers, Hotels & Excursions were all excellent. Everyone & Everything was on time & reliable.

The only area I suggest would be Memphis Tours organizing international flights, at maybe a better deal on their end. Or at least have an option to go through Memphis Tours.

OVERALL: EXCELLENT. Fatima will always have my business for future travels. Thank you.

My wife and I recently completed an exciting and wonderful and unforgettable 3 week tour of Turkey, Egypt and Jordan that was customized for us by Ayman Fawzy of Memphis Tours. The trip involved 12 plane flights, a Nile River Cruise, expert English speaking guides, great hotels and transportation. We never experienced a single glitch even when transferring from one country to the next. The handovers were smooth and we were kept informed every step of the way. I would be happy to use Memphis Tours again and have recommended them to our sons to use them when they want to book the tour of a lifetime!

We recently toured Abu Dhabi and Dubai and the best part of the trip was the tour guide, Zeba. She was great, she has a wealth of knowledge to share and answered all our questions. She shared so much information that we looked forward to the tours even more. She knew the cities and gave helpful advice on where we could find the items we planned to purchase. She was a delight to speak with and understand a fascinating country. We would love to visit Dubai again, but only if Zeba is our guide. She truly is a talented young lady with a passion for her job! Memphis Tours did a great job putting our trip together and Zeba was the icing on the cake!

The experience in Greece was amazing. Ayman was there to accomodate our needs and to our budget. The hotel were very clean and well maintained..the service was excellent. The transportation was always on time and willing to assist if necessary. Ayman was always there if needed at any time. I would recommend this company to anyone who wishes to travel

We booked a trip to Egypt and Turkey with Memphis Tours. We had an amazing time in both countries. All of pick up at times at airports and hotels were perfect. The hotels booked were very nice and the tours were private or small group with excellent guides. Our tour consultant with Memphis Tours was Mina Ramsies. He did a really fantastic job of arranging all. I highly recommend Memphis tours.

Fady, our agent, was diligent, kind and put together a really comprehensive and fun tour, fulfilling all our expectations. We always felt accompanied by the agency because of him. Our bookings were as we expected them and did not have any issues.

Memphis tours are just a load of exaggeration. Tours and accomodations are sold under 5 star banners but all our accomodations have been 3 stars. We paid a lot of money based on the advertised accomodations and facilities but the actual hotels have been nothing but disappointment.
We were sold Movenpick hotel in Cairo and were placed in Sadie hotel. You can check and compare the two for yourself.

We have waited 3 years for this tour because of the pandemic. Ayman was the organizer of our tour and he helped us to craft a tailored-made itinerary according to our needs. The trajet was well planned during the holidays so we can visit and travel easily to the pyramids, Luxor, Abu Sibel, Jerusalem, Petra and Wadi Rum without any traffic jams and without the crowd. We had time and opportunity to visit and contemplate the beauty of the monuments and sites. The choice of hotels by Ayman was excellent. We visited Egypt and then Israel, Jordan and Dubai. We were well guided and taken care since the moment we arrived until our departure at the airport. In one occasion, our flight from Aswan to Cairo was delayed 6 hours for technical reason, our guide was waiting for us till 1 AM and drove us to the hotel. We were able to visit all the sites and historic places that we wanted to see. My family and I were very happy with this memorable trip.

I planned a trip through Zicaasso/Memphis Tour in 2020 right before the pandemic. Needless to say we postponed the trip after paying our deposit. We decided to try again this year since we to use our deposit. I had nothing but trouble trying to get our agent, Mohammed Abdeltawab to reply to my requests. I had to go through Zicasso to get him to reply. Since Egypt relies so heavily on tourism, you would think they would bend over backwards for their clients. We tried for several months to get our tour planned. After not getting timely answers we finally forfeited our deposit and went with another company who anwsers our questions within minutes. Even after we said we were cancelling he never commented.

I booked a tour of Greece for my family of 10 and we were all very happy with the way the tour turned out. After I submitted an inquiry on the Memphis Tours website, I was put in contact with Mina Ramsies who ensured all of transfers, hotel reservations, and Athens tours were scheduled appropriately. We even ended up adding one extra person just a couple of days before the tour was scheduled to start and Mina was incredibly helpful getting the extra reservations made for us. Mina Ramsies was very professional, he communicated very well, and he was very helpful. 100% recommend Memphis Tours and Mina Ramsies!

Extremely good and fast communication- Mina was there for me 24/7, even once during an emergency when it was 4 in the morning in his time zone. It meant a lot to know that he was not only willing to help, but was very pleasant about it, as well. (Mina in general is just an awesome human being and it was a pleasure to work with him planning my trip.) Communications between Memphis Tours and the individual tour companies that they work with in each country are commendable as well. All I would suggest to potential travelers is don't be afraid to ask about anything; they are happy to help ("They" meaning anyone from your Memphis Tours rep to your personal local tour guide on any given day.) I also appreciate their payment flexibility (So you can plan your trip early and then pay it off over several months, for example). Although I have traveled quite a bit, this was my first time using a Traveling Agency, and I'm so grateful to have discovered This one. Thank you for everything, Memphis Tours, I will be traveling with you again, soon. :)

Egypt – June 10 to June 16
We had planned this trip over almost two years. After looking at offerings from various vendors, we selected Memphis Tours. In a brief high-level summary, they did NOT disappoint! In rating this adventure on a 5-star scale, 5.
One of my bucket list is to see the ancient wonders of the world. I’ve been to the site of the Colossus of Rhodes, the Acropolis in Athens, Colosseum in Rome, Machu Pichu, Great Wall of China, Stone Henge and now the antiques of Egypt.
We structured this trip to see a lot; the Pyramids of Giza; The temples of Aswan and the temples of Luxor including the Valley of Kings. In a word WOW! To be up close, touch and otherwise experience these monuments some almost 5,000-year-old, is mind blowing. To understand the context in human history is amazing.
Our trip included a mini-cruise on the Nile (WOW!). The boat the “Minerva” was good; including accommodations, staff and food. We flew from Cairo to Aswan, caught the boat, sailed from Aswan to Luxor; then flew back to Cairo to go home. Flights were included in our package.
In the hope of not botching names, I’d like to call out three people: “Menna” who was our coordinator and overall “boss” of our trip. This young lady can do it all. “Mai” who was our guide in Cairo/Giza, so smart, feisty and knowledgeable in all things ancient Egypt. Lastly, but NOT least is “Waled” who took us to Aswan and Luxor. His passion and knowledge are amazing.
I’m just glad there wasn’t a test after. Their in-depth knowledge of not just facts, but the whys are incredible. Memphis Tours – be glad you have these folks on your team!

I was on holiday in Egypt recently with a friend. The guides that were assigned to us for the duration of our trip were from Memphis Travel. They were wonderful. Nothing was a bother to them. In particular Tayel who met us initially and dealt with us regularly, also our guide Reham and driver Mostafe, who were our guides in Cairo and our guide Ash who we had in Aswan, Esna and Luxor.
They were all wonderful. The organization was superb and we would definitely be delighted to deal with Memphis Travel again.

Wonderful from start to finish! Our trip to Turkey was planned perfectly! Mina was our contact in planning the trip. She was attentive and always got back to me promptly! Our tour guide in Istanbul was amazing- Latifah and our tour guide in Cappadocia was awesome as well! Aladdin was our transfer person and he away kind and helpful! Funds helped us in kusadasi and she was extremely knowledgeable!
All guides were high level and we loved every minute of our tours!!!
